Excellent ambience, delectable food items and very well maintained property. The staff behavior is also very good

Location is good, food is average, rooms have no glass just cups, the electric kettle had stains inside and smelly. Food is over priced compared to the quality.

The room was okay. Wifi did not work. Food was good. Had wifi worked, this hotel would have been a great hotel at the price offered.

Was a pleasant stay had all the necessary amenities but the breakfast was not up to the mark. Bathroom was okay and the rooms are pretty large so no complaints whatsoever

Our room had electricity issues.

The stay was terrible. Rooms and washrooms were smelling badly. Bedsheets and bed covers were torn. The entire accommodation and rooms were very unhygienic.

Other than the location, which can be a little far from prime locations this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff are exceptionally cooperative and helpful. Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and they provide body lotion, soap, tooth brush & paste and clean towels. Overall i really enjoyed my stay there.

Poor house keeping and limited food option for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Quality of soup is very bad.

No welcome drink as described in booking details, no balcony view as included ac stopped working in midnight no well cleaned bathroom and rooms, room service is not good, they keep us doing hurry and instant calling in check out, overall worst hotel ever i faced
