需要早起和出去,讓你的房間在12點完成時打掃乾淨,有3晚,房間從來沒有打掃過。一天晚上,有一隻爬過地板。早餐也完成了10:30左右,地方在10:45關閉。可惜,因爲工作人員總體上很好,但應該更好地打掃房間。 除了位置很好,房間現代和體面的游泳池。

我無法表達足夠的工作人員是多麼可愛,完美的位置和非常乾淨。接待員太棒了,我非常感謝他,他的名字是Jefe,他幫助了我多麼超級明星,我需要回去給他一份禮物,他應該得到他所做的一切的加薪。多麼了不起的人非常感謝你。

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned.. The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

Hotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

酒店地理位置很棒,房間也挺舒服的,但是入住的時候給我分配了一個空調機組故障的房間,我及時要求維修,但他們沒有派技術員來多次打電話給前台接待員,他們終於同意換我的房間,但他們的態度相當不愉快。 從積極的方面來看,自助早餐提供各種各樣的選擇。

Hotel Avenida 位置非常靠近老城區,位置非常繁忙 我每天吃早餐,很好。食物的真性很好。 房間每天都打掃。雖然空調很舊,幾乎不起作用。 工作人員很友好 我的房間在一樓,很暗,沒有景色。雖然很寬敞,浴室裏有扇貝浴缸。 屋頂露台和游泳池還可以,可以欣賞地中海的景色 總的來說,如果想再住一個更好的房間,空調很好,如果我再住這裏,那就很好了

我们在这家酒店度过了一个美好的周末，当然还有贝尼多姆。虽然我们已经认识他，但他从未停止让我们感到惊讶。这家酒店非常好，虽然我们希望住在更高的楼层并有更好的景色。让我们看看下次我们是否成功，因为我想回来。自助早餐看起来非常丰富多样。简而言之，一切尽在意料之中，甚至更多。

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.
