They're making me pay for a night that I didn't stay. I called that night of the mishap and they said they would take care of it for them to still charge me and say they can't do nothing about it. And I stayed 3 nights after this charge to my card happened. I've called numerous times to ask for a digital receipt to be sent to my email for them to say they sent it but I still don't or didn't receive anything. They said they would have someone reach out to me but I still haven't heard anything from anyone

I haven't posted in a very long time but this needed to be said---this stay on our way home from Naples FL was exceptional. Every person from the front office check in to the gentleman taking care of the morning breakfast was exceptional---the room was pristine and there is much attention to detail everywhere---congratulations to a team who understand how to create a welcoming experience!

Visiting Antietam battle site on the way to Gettysburg. Great location with a fun brew pub, sports bar and Starbucks in the same shopping plaza. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower, helpful friendly staff. Wish all hotels offered window spray and paper towels available to clean car windshields.

Came into town to visit family for a few days, and Cassandra at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, even gave us some coupons to use at the pizza place next door. Pancake maker wasn't working, which wasn't a big deal because they had other items we enjoyed. Other than that our stay was great, very clean property and having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the shower was a plus...less to pack, which I love!! Definitely recommend 👌

我在這個汽車旅館住的挺多的,總是乾淨,維護得很好,草坪總是修剪修剪,去年做了很多升級,現在汽車旅館有投幣洗衣店給客人洗。客房的地板已經進行了重塑。這是一個以合理價格住宿的好地方。工作人員總是友好的。

We have stayed at this motel a number of times, and have never been disappointed. My wife requires a handicapped room, and we frequently have the same room, number 109. It works well for us. The shower is not a walk-in type, but it has sufficient grab bars, etc. My wife also has diabetes. Her low sugar alarm went off, and I went out to the vending area to get my wife a Coke. Jessi, who was working the front desk, overheard me tell that to another staff person. She brought 2 cups of orange juice for my wife to drink instead. It was the perfect amount my wife needed to get her sugar level back to normal. I am grateful for her thoughtfulness. All of the staff seem to be friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast always taste good. We will definitely stay here again.
