哈格利普瑞米爾酒店的評價

去Birmingham Safari Park 前一晚，巳訂在Premier Inn 酒店住一晚。中途遇上Road Block 未能前往酒店，幸好訂的是連鎖酒店，聯絡上他們，即時為我們預留附近酒店的房間。酒店早餐不錯。以至能令我們順利到Safaris Park睇動物😍😍😍

Very comfortable, relaxing

We abandoned our car due to the snow storm and standstill traffic on the A456. We walked in to reception on the off chance of a room, no bookings can be made at the desk, only online, which was annoying as the guest WiFi was poor and bad phone reception but we made a booking none the less. Reception consists of a single arm chair and an overpriced vending machine (£3 for a small bottle of water) so don’t expect anywhere to lounge. The room itself was spacious, bathroom clean and bed very comfortable. We did have to ask for another towel as only 1 provided. There was a power cut early hours of the morning but no emergency lighting in the room, had to use our mobile phone torches! Not sure if this is common in hotels but was a bit scary!

We stay at the Hagley Premier Inn twice a month more often than not. Staff are always welcoming, and the rooms are always clean. Beds are the best for comfort. The pub is next door if we fancy a drink and some food. Hagley is the best. Wayne & Suzanne

The room was as expected in a premier inn, but the staff were well beyond any expectations. Debbie couldn’t do enough for us, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Although in the dark, the entrance to reception is poorly lite outside and has to made via steps(of a brick construction) which were of a slippery nature. The restaurant was understaffed and those in attendance were unsuitable for the customer service industry. The 'Unlimited' breakfast, we found to be, 'Limited' in several ways. Not an experience I would welcome having to relive.

Excellent Premier Inn in a lovely country environment and very helpful and pleasant staff nothing too much trouble. have stayed many times cant fault it

Great stay, Debbie on reception recognised some regular visitors and asked after them/there visit. Also very helpful when I went to reception with some queries.

Stopped for one night and would highly recommend Rooms cozy and clean nice and warm Adequate tea and coffee on arrival Great location to adjacent beefeater which the food was very nice Star of the stay was Debbie the receptionist extremely helpful and polite credit to the premier inn

A lovely warm and friendly welcome on arrival at reception. Warm, clean and cosy room with comfortable bed. Delicious buffet continental breakfast followed by full custom built cooked breakfast. Friendly and efficient dining room staff. Lovely rural location, plenty of on site parking spaces. Third overnight stay here, and will be staying here again next time I visit the area. Thank you.

I'm going to stay here again! The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was light, clean, well equipped, tidy and the bed was comfortable. I had previously stayed at a Travelodge and the bed was SO hard I just couldn't sleep on it. This bed was under me for approximately 10 minutes before I realised someone had stolen the darkness and it was morning again. Kettle, tea, coffee, UHT milk all available. Huge TV with Freeview, etc, Hairdryer (didn't use, but looked decent) En-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet beside the wash basin. Just brilliant. It's not a 5* hotel, so you're not getting a concierge and a Door man. But it's a lovely, clean, well equipped room that comfy and clean and a nice place to be. The staff were brilliant. So friendly, so professional. Polite and courteous too. Nothing was any trouble. I enjoyed my trip immensely and, as I said at the start, I WILL be staying there again.

We have stopped in Premier Inns before but this one is clean adequate and comfy for a one night stay. Previous Premier Inn have been dirty. However shame there is no WiFi available. We booked the evening meal which was enjoyable from a varied menu. Breakfast had a good choice.

Debbie on reception was very lovely and welcoming. Lovely to see someone with a smile on their face. Rooms were clean and fine for what we needed.
