吉婆島天堂酒店(Cat Ba Paradise Hotel - Travel Agency)

Buen hotel con vistas a la bahía y montaña a la vez, habitación grande y dotada de de buen aire acondicionado y ventana, caja fuerte, albornoz, limpieza media, había muchos pelos en el suelo del baño cuando hicimos el check in, buen desayuno buffet y variado, gran comedor y piscina en terraza…..

Ayant séjourné 4 jours dont 3 nuits, nous nous attendions à un service de chambre classique. Chaque jour à notre retour d ´excursions nous avons réclamé à ce que notre chambre soit faite. C’est à dire vers 15 h : oubli de leur part. Donc chambre faite plus que succinctement Ce n’est pas sérieux pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme. Sinon la vue sur la mer est superbe. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons eu affaire à un organisateur d’excursions efficace et avenant 👍

L’hôtel est bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable (excepté l’un des responsable du petit dej et l’une des réceptionnistes). La prestation du petit dej n’est pas incroyable. Il manque des fruits, du miel… Le rooftop avec piscine et vue sur la baie est très sympa. Les chambres sont bien et avec vue.

Le personnel est très attentionné et explique avec gentillesse et honnêteté. Belle chambre confortable, grande douche et déjeuner varié. Vue du Sky bar incroyable et emplacement idéal. Nous avons adoré notre séjour 🥰. Coup de cœur pour notre serveur au Sky bar (qui débute à l’établissement et dont j’ai oublié le nom🙈). J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation. 🫶🏻

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le roof top est sans aucun doute le plus beau de Cat Ba avec vue sur la baie. Incontournable, juste pour ça... Le personnel de la réception vraiment très gentil et très serviable. Merci en particulier à Quynh pour sa gentillesse et sa sollicitude. La vue sur la baie depuis la chambre était parfaite. Quelques points négatifs tout de même, voire très très négatifs : - le nettoyage de la chambre était lamentable. Le dernier jour on avait l'impression d'être dans un endroit ou un chien mouillé avait passé la journée. Serait-ce dû au nettoyage du sol avec une vieille serviette pas propre ? Quand bien même on avait l'impression que ce même sol n'était pas nettoyé puisque certaines taches dont une de café n'a jamais disparu... Nous avons aussi constaté que le lavabo n'était pas systématiquement nettoyé. - la salle de sport annoncée sur Agoda n'existait simplement pas. Pour nous qui sommes des voyageurs à plein temps et qui avons besoin de faire du sport, c'était clairement un point négatif. Globalement on recommande, même si un immense doute subsiste sur le nettoyage de la chambre, ce qui pourrait être rédhibitoire. Une fois ce point amélioré on pourrait imaginer un 5 étoiles.

Stayed in a king room with sea view on the 10th floor. We do not normally complain but right from the outset things were poor. On arrival after a long journey the first person who spoke to us was a girl trying to sell their tours -no offer of a drink. We were after checkin time and were to,d our rooms were being prepared !!The requested king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together which meant that one person could not get out of the side of the bed and did not have a light or bedside table. We resorted to twin beds ! The water supply in the shower was cold despite running the supply for a least 20 minutes. When reported the staff did not believe us . It eventually came warm after 20 -30 minutes. This continued throughout our stay.The safe was locked on arrival and breakfast was diabolical . Horrible coffee and poor selection of food. The staff simply did not care this was throughout the hotel from reception to restaurant. Only decent folk were those at the rooftop bar. My husband unfortunately knocked over a coffee cup which was stacked crookedly at a low level. It was an accident most hotels would have ignored .Their meanness showed through when we came to checkout -they added 50,000 to the bill for the cup. This hotel has the potential to be so much more.it is in a prime location. However until its staff are trained properly and this includes the reception and management they will go downhill. my son also stayed there for 6 nights and experienced most of the same things but was able to get a hot shower! We have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam and this has to be the worst- they do not care!

5/5 We had a wonderful stay here. Dont listen to the reviews. The breakfast was amazing and the view is stunning! The whole staff were very helpful and they were not pushy like the other reviews. In fact, I was nervous because of the reviews that I read, but I came and saw the hotel for myself, and it was beautiful and stunning and one of the best hotels in Cat Ba .

Excellent hotel and location!!! I had the suite facing the Bay. A must have and can watch sunset from your room. The staff was great and "My Nguyen" (sale exec at hotel) set up my transport from Hanoi, both my local tours, and transport to airport. She was a tremendous help! Everything was perfect. A true blessing.
