Worst food ever for hotel to have room was ok but the costly food and not have proper taste of anything.

Nice experience with affordable cost with the price range food quality was also good with nominal price range.

Hotel was good but toilet not attached in room toilet is commen for other 3 room also

Dear sir, find nice team, supportive and help in late night to old grand lady in her sickness called ambulance and coordinate for hospital assistance.

We booked my room for 872 rs but the hotel charged me extra charged 230 rs for penalty of late night check in

Good food staff were good atmosphere is fair my room was family room so it was open and spacious than other rooms.

Average facilities available in hotel. Walking distance from railway station and bus station but crowded area. They have provided amenities when i asked for the same. Overall good. I have rated 6 out of 10.

Very poor, room, blankets are like mops, and smelling, not providing quilts, rude behaviour of staff. Not recommended to any one

Very bad experience with silk hostel at haldwani and below are issue. 1. Bad sheet quality very poor and its feathers stick on my clothes 2. Blanket quality was very poor and stink badly 3. Towel l was very old and stink 4. Room phone not working 5. No 4 wheelers car parking and located in very narrow street even not auto rikshaw reach there 6. Washrooms unhygienic and stink.
