The stay was comfortable and nice ....room were clean and tidy with beautiful view..... Check in and check out was smooth By the help Of miss laxmi and pooja... luggage handling was good by vinod with velle service... Food was good and nice

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and overall hospitality exceeded my expectation. Every single employee I interacted with showed genuine interest in making guest more comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

After check-in, I had to wait for 2 hours to get a room. Despite many requests, I only got a room later. There was no vacant room available.

The property is maintained like a Five and Four star hotel. The ambience and architecture is similar to that of a Five star hotel. The staff is courteous, service is good.

This was the second time we were staying in this property. Had service related issues in our first stay, but as it was our first time in this property the issue didn't escalate; however, in this stay the service became more terrible and the room infrastructure/amenities were not upto the mark. The TV wasn't working, water issues in the washrooms, frequent power cuts, poor restaurant service, poor room service, lethargic attitude of the staff, had to really struggle this time to get the things right. I would never recommend this property to anyone, as we had the same issues twice which are still not resolved.

Staff here is not cordial at all they don't know how to deal with clients. They are very rude.

The rooms were not very clean. The flush in the room was not working. The staff was not very cooperative. We reached the hotel at 11:00pm in the night and was supposed to leave at 5:30 in morning and still the staff was creating hassle in providing a good habitable space. Also the extra bed provided always all with dust and not at all cleaned.
