Everything is good clean but food is very poor quality rest quantity is more than enough staff is good

Amazing experience included with good staff and decent food. The light went off sometimes resulting in darkness and no ventilation in the room but it was resolved in a short while.

Room and toilet was neat and tidy staff was cooperative, entrance of the hotel is in the back side and i love to vista again.

The hotel is tucked in a narrow lane and is about 2. 5 km from the station, as against 1km mentioned in the description. The room offered was too small. No room service. Even bed tea is provided after 7. 30 am.

I recently stayed at the hotel silver palace in haldwani, uttarakhand, and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the main market area, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and transportation. *pros* - central location in the heart of haldwani's main market - friendly and helpful hotel staff - clean and well-maintained rooms - good value for money *cons* - hotel rate are bit higher if they put some discount on next visit that will be best then *overall experience* my stay at hotel silver palace was pleasant, and i would recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in haldwani. The hotel's location and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

It was a nice stay in hotel silver palace. Near to all places in haldwani. Good foid. Good service

The hotel booking prices were double the room charges the hotel was offering. This is the height of exploitation from make my trip. Despite the booking of room with breakfast option, the hotel didn't have info about it. After insisting they said to choose anything of upto 100 rs from the food menu. If one were to spend money, it is wise to spend money by directly calling the hotel then through makemytrip. The worst experience this time. I will never use makemytrip again for any sort of booking.
