温泉鄉村旅館(Hot Springs Village Inn)

I always try to stay at Hot Springs Village Inn when I go. The breakfast is usually good. This trip the breakfast was good. I didn't like the table setup. Seemed to be to close together, to cramped. But I didn't have a problems, because I went early. Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.

We stay here a lot because we really enjoy the location and the price, but this time we had to check in at midnight & we checked in through the night time check in window. I understand when we check in that late they have limited rooms to give you, even though we reserved a room with a king size bed, when we got to the room it was two double beds. I didn't make a fuss because I kinda understand they give all the rooms to the people who check in earlier than midnight, but it was still kinda frustrating. It was extremely hot in our room because they didn't have the AC on AT ALL& it's over 100° outside in Arkansas at this time of year. After being in the room for maybe 2 minutes, I get a voicemail from the lady at the front desk saying that our card was declined & that we needed to fix this or our room would be canceled. We had already checked in & she ran our card and gave us the key to our room. So my husband walked down to the lobby and asked the lady about it & she said she never called and that she wouldn't have given us a room key if our card was declined... even though I have a voicemail from her. 🙄 And a whole email saying that our card was declined and we needed to come down and pay for the room. He showed the last that definitely came out of our account and she said she didn't know why there was a voicemail when it was definitely her.. He didn't push the issue. But that was really annoying especially after a long day & it being after midnight, we just wanted sleep.

We love to stay at this hotel with family, it's quiet and feels home-y. Staff is incredibly friendly and extremely nice. Pool was down for maintenance which was disappointing because we came in for Memorial Day weekend, so we assumed the pool would be ready. But overall wonderful place to stay.

The first room we arrived in was awful. The carpet had stains all over and the furniture. It was very outdated. They gave us a new room that was better. We were there for only one night. The pool was closed. Next time we will be staying somewhere else.

Perfect little place to stay for a long weekend. Roughly 30 minutes from Hot Springs so close enough to go explore but far enough to get away from the busy. Surrounding area has good restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

The Village Inn has a very homey feel and the staff were friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, easy to check in, prices are great. Everything works, it’s quiet and very family friendly. Will definitely go back.

Always clean and very nice staff. This was our third time staying. We finally used the pool. Very nice.
