I love staying here. Its always a pleasent stay. The outdoors is so beautiful. When you need to speak to someone after hours they respond quickly.

Loved our view of the water of the balcony! It was alot like having a home away from home, so much better than everything being crammed into one room like it is at a hotel. I had some awesome pictures of our view but it wouldnt let me add them for some reason, I would love to of been able to share though.

Stayed here for our anniversary. This property is extremely communicative and very clear with all instructions. Property and units are beautiful and very much like coming home after a long day of exploring Hot Springs and surrounding areas. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway to Hot Springs. The price point fit our budget on this quick trip. We opted for the small efficiency place, and next time, I would spend the extra money for a patio or balcony for coffee in the morning. Loved that the condo was on a lake with a beautiful walking trail. The bed was not comfortable, and the dishes in the cabinet had dried food and greasy fingerprints on them. Our particular condo could use some updating and some better attention to detail, but overall, it was a lovely weekend and I would definitely stay here again. I will upgrade to a nicer unit next time. Lots of options to eat downtown. DeLucca pizza was delicious! The German beergarden was a nice place to have a beer for Oktoberfest, but the food was just ok.

It was a nice place, clean and quite. The bed was a little smaller than advertised, but overall a really nice place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time for our 27th Anniversary. This is officially our anniversary spot. Please continue to stay accommodating and friendly like you are. The room is so peaceful and the surrounding restaurants makes this the perfect place to spend time together. We consider this our beautiful hidden treasure. Please don't change!

Such a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. Very nicely priced and much cheaper than a hotel. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend.

This property needs to be updated. Paint was in poor condition and some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Tiny refrigerator. But the location is nice and reasonably quiet. Washer and dryer was a plus. Adequate if you are in the area for work but not as a vacation rental.
