哈里法克斯四季汽車旅館(Seasons Inn Halifax)

The room was clean. However you could hear other guests arguing and moving around all night long. The phones in the room were removed. The walls are not well insulated so the heating system in the walls was very noisy all night. Needless to say paying over $300 for two nights without getting any decent sleep was very upsetting. When I requested my complains being forwarded to the manager it was ignored. When I sent an email to the manager I did not get a response. So trying to come to a solution before writing this comment that I tried to avoid was a waste of time. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Given the price, the room was way below our expectations. Very simple and basic room. Cleanliness ok but a room more like in a Motel than an hotel in the capital. There was a leak coming from the ceiling, drop falling on night table. Had to fetch because missing toilet paper, missing hair conditioner. No food other than machines to buy a chip or chocolate bar. Overall dissapointed.

The room was very dissapointing and nothing like in the pictures. Holes and dents in the walls, many things not functioning properly. The room was smelly and not in a pleasant way. Way overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend to anyone.

Endroit propre

We had the unfortunate experience of spending two nights at this “hotel.” First of all, upon checking in, we were informed that the elevator had been broken, so we had to carry our luggage up three floors to our room. The doors do not seem secure at all. Once walking in, we were greeted with a foul smell of sewage and substandard cleanliness in the room. We couldn’t believe the conditions of the room considering the price we paid ($244 for two nights). Next, what was advertised as a free breakfast turned out to be free slices of bread and bagels with some juice boxes. As a bagel enthusiast, I would’ve enjoyed my bagel, but the cream cheese packets that clearly state “please keep refrigerated” were seemingly left out for days, if not months. I wouldn’t recommend eating the food here. To top off our horrible experience here, we did not receive room service or fresh towels. This was an incredibly misleading experience and we will not be staying here again. If you’re planning to visit this “hotel”, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! It’s criminal to charge these prices for this quality of accommodation. We’d have been better off sleeping in our cars.

If you’re reading this, I wouldn’t consider staying here. It felt more of a low income housing facility than a hotel/motel. The rooms were awful and the bathroom door wouldn’t even open all the way as it hit the toilet. Smelled of smoke. Again, pay extra to stay somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.

Staff was friendly, room just average. Priced high for what you get however free parking is nice.
