房間位置很好，周邊有購物中心，距離海邊很近，風景不錯。前台小姑娘都不錯，可以説英文，不能説中文。早餐也豐富。

A great hotel located right on the shore of Ha Long Bay, everywhere in the hotel is super clean, staffs are friendly. The cozy JO247 Lounge space is very impressive with unique design, located on the top floor overlooking to the city, mountains and the bay. It's great for morning workout, walking/running along the bay-shore or a huge park for an energizing day. I will choose this hotel when I come back.

하롱베이 소조 호털내 식당에서 뷰가 너무좋아요. 시설과 위치. 신축이라 깨끗하고 바로뒤 쇼핑센터랑 볼게 많아서 좋아요.

酒店設施乾淨衛生，服務態度很好。在早餐的樣式也很豐富，尤其河粉相當不錯好吃。早上起床後，打開窗簾看下龍灣的景色，相當美麗。

房間太小啦。空調聲音在小房間裏面顯得格外吵。

在城市的中心。很乾淨。

First time at a smart hotel, and I was impressed with the service and experience. The bar works 24/7 and the staff is very kind and friendly. They have a gym, laundry services and a big space for working. Very close to the mall, and the center of the city. The thing I love the most is how enthusiatic the staff is in cuztomizing our breakfasts. When I told them that I would like to change what we were served, they happily agreed. Cuong was one of the staff we were talking to. He's so friendly and helpful.

I'm really impressed with Sojo hotel. It was the first time I experienced smart hotel and I love everything about it. You don't have to be tech savvy to operate around your room thanks to the user-friendly app. Our room looks out to the amazing Halong Bay view. Waking up early and you can take a morning walk in the nearby park. There's a very big mall around the corner, too. You're literally in the heart of the city. What left a smile on my face is the genuine kindness and care of the staff. Huyen, Cuc and Ha tried their very best to take care of our breakfast and make sure we are happy with what was brought to the table. I would love to come back whenever I have a chance for sure. If you are looking for a relaxing and cool accomodations where your needs are well listened and catered to, then this is the right place to go for.
