Very poor service, I paid $158 for one night at the Waterfront Hotel, when making the reservation, then at the hotel the lady said they did not received the payment so I paid again at the hotel, then she said it did not go through so she tried again next morning I checked my bank account and I was charged three times, I contacted the Hotel manager, she said there is nothing they can do, so I contacted an agent from the Trip app with same luck, they are just passing the ball to blame the other and nobody gives me my money back.
