Nur Übernachtung ohne Frühstück während eines Familienbesuchs in Rahlstedt. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und ordentlich. Auch zur Hauptstraße hin hört man nichts von dort. Für den Preis wäre eine kleine (Nescafé)-Maschine im Zimmer oder ein Kaffeeautomat auf dem Flur ganz nett ;-) Ansonsten haben wir jedoch nichts vermisst.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel, ohne Frühstück, das Personal fand ich sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Check in und Check out unproblematisch und zügig. Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Parkplätze umsonst. Leider hat mich der Geruch in den Fluren und explizit im Zimmer gestört. Im Zimmer roch es irgendwie extrem nach Ammoniak. Da sollte dringend was dran geändert werden.

Overall good suburban hotel but nothing too fancy. I didn't use the gym, sauna, or restaurant, so would try it out next time. As a solo traveler, this hotel was good. Nice and warm inside whilst cold outside. The single room is small but the queen bed is very good. They also have single rooms with single beds. The room is clean and the floor in the bathroom is nicely heated. There is a carpet in the room that looks used and could do without. I didn't use their WiFi. The lighting everywhere is very poor. It's a dark room. Check out is at 11.. this should be changed to 12 as with usual global norms. The hotel is slightly more expensive than what you get for but overall I would rate it as good. The hairdryer is next to the toilet and has deep yellow marks. Toilets is small No slippers. Bring flip flops No complementary water in the room There is a minibar you have to pay for. Big mirror but poor lighting so dont see details. Good repetion people. Tried to help when I had questions. I would stay here again. Tip for the management. Put slippers in the room and a complimentary bottle of water. Change checkout time to 12. Move the position of the hair dryer away from the toilet seat. You are charging prices like any other big hotel.

I booked 10 rooms for our Princess Tour while we were in Hamburg. The hotel was nice, and clean as one would expect. My room - supposedly a massive upgrade, was very loud, as it was facing the main street. However, when checking out I was sort of attacked by the front desk lady as I had left one of my room key cards in my room. She made me go back and get it - as otherwise, she would penalize me. I was shocked. I can not recall that someone dared to talk to me like this in front of my staff. She made me look as if I had attempted to steal the crown jewels. Despite I liked the hotel, it is very unlikely I would go there again, especially as it was difficult to book in the first place.
