Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, das eine Baustelle im Hotel für Lärm sorgt. Bitte auch unter den Betten mal saugen. Sonst gerne wieder.

非常友好和細心的工作人員！我們還獲得了額外的服務（為孩子們提供早餐）。床墊有很大的污漬，但很快就修好了！ 優越的地理位置，就在市中心的門口。您可以乘坐地鐵到達任何地方，附近甚至還有 2 個大型購物中心。 總而言之，這是一家非常適合家庭入住的酒店！

Toller Service, nettes Personal, umfangreiches Frühstück

一貫可靠的酒店沒什麼特別的小插座但總的來說還可以

Hotel located outside the center of hamburg, quite modern. the rooms are small but the real problem is the carpet that creates a lot of dust in the room. Breakfast costs about 10€ a day and I think it's a fair value for money. The staff really very kind and helpful enough to even give us a discount for the second night in the hotel.

The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold.

I was just passing through Hamburg and needed somewhere to stay the night near the autobahn. Found this hotel thru my buddy Google and chanced upon it. They had vacancies so done deal. What first appeared to be a very friendly price wasn't quite as friendly when factoring in breakfast and parking fee. As expected the room was quite small but had everything you need including a super efficient aircon. A big big minus for wifi not working! Apparently some problem with the ISP that had been reported already the previous day. This simply cannot be allowed to happen in 2023.

Toilette war in Zimmer 1 verstopft. Da das Telefon nicht funktioniert hat, musste ich zu Fuß zur Rezeption laufen, um das Problem zu melden. Umzug in 2. Zimmer verlief problemlos, allerdings waren dort Spinnweben an der Decke und das Telefon funktionierte auch hier nicht. In beiden Zimmer lief die Klimaanlage auf vollen Touren, so dass es viel zu kalt war. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kam sofort zur Hilfe wegen der Toilette. Frühstück war klein aber ausreichende Auswahl mit allem was benötigt ist.
