我們很享受在這裡過夜。房間佈置得很好，工作人員非常樂於助人。我們很欣賞這裡對裝潢細節的關注、清潔度和設備齊全的小廚房。如果在該地區，我們肯定會再次留在這裡。

週末住了。寬敞乾淨的房間，舒適的床墊，大型全新智慧電視，看起來新裝修過，工作人員很友善。我沒什麼不好好說的。對我們的住宿非常滿意並且會回來的。

Great welcoming staff as soon as you arrive. Room was so clean and spacious! I travel a bit for work and have had to stay in some not nice rooms so this was a breath of fresh air and would stay again. Clean and good water pressure are the things I like. Even had a microwave which made life easier. Thanks Kim!

This was an excellent motel. All the things you'd expect were present and a few things you wouldn't made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fine for exploring the town, although you do have to drive there.

Had work in Hamilton and had to arrive early for which we were charged an extra night for access to the room at 9am, which we were ok with (many places wont charge for this though in my experience). What did disappoint us was even though we had made it clear that we were there to conduct work from the room and booked the most expensive room to ensure wi-fi connection, the power was off all day. If it was an unforeseen blackout, I'd not complain, but on looking at the Powercor site, it was a scheduled blackout that lasted all day for just 36 properties in the area, so we assume they had been notified in advance? The room itself was fine, although a bit mildewy in smell. The beds, etc... were all fine, but in the end, I didn't feel the service was great considering it was clearly articulated what we hoped to do when booking over the phone.

My husband accidently booked the incorrect hotel, he meant to book one closer to his disabled fathers house. he had the booking for no longer than two hours. Lyn the owner would not even consider refunding him his money because 'thats their policy' . yes, I get it, policies are policies, but 'rules are there for the guidance of the wise and the obvservance of fools'. Lyns uncharitable behaviour means we would never stay at this hotel or recommend it. mean mean mean.
