珊瑚礁俱樂部度假村(The Reefs Resort and Club)

It's a beautiful location, but really just a glorified and over-priced motel. Rooms are in good condition, and beautiful patios overlooking the river. The hotel claims to be 4 star but there are few facilities, and the staff (one person) leave by 6 pm, though they were helpful when needed. We had no hot water for nearly 24 hours, and the free bikes for visitors were in poor condition. We enjoyed, nevertheless!

The property is beautiful, with amazing views, comfortable rooms, and an incredible private beach where you can order lunch and drinks and have staff bring them to your beach chair! The staff are very friendly and helpful. What we found truly unique was how thoughtfully the staff have anticipated and addressed the little things to make beachgoing easier: a shoe rack and foot shower by the steps next to the sand; towels and other gear at the beach cabana; showers and bathrooms next to the beach restaurant; beach chairs with umbrellas set up by the staff every day. One thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of stairs all around the property; it's on a cliff and there's a hefty climb from the beach to the upper rooms. That wasn't a problem for us, but if mobility is an issue you should call ahead and ask about accessibility options.

This is the best resort! The staff go above and beyond to serve you! The afternoon tea and rum swizzles are a treat and unique experience! The beach is amazing and property is gorgeous! I have never experienced the hospitality and kindness experienced at this hotel anywhere on Earth!

By far the private beach was the most beautiful and so perfect for a getaway. Swimming in the ocean with access to snorkels and noodles for floating was great. The room was just okay but the staff were so warm and friendly. The view was fantastic.

Beautiful location - private beach, beautiful views. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Honestly for the price nothing special. Its a bit dated and i found the front desk staff to be not very warm and accomodating.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! They made the experience… even with a hurricane so much better!

Outdated. Door didn’t lock. Old furniture. Musty smell. Mediocre food. Nice staff and good service though.
