The manager of the property was very kind and offered to drive us into town so that we could have a dinner and drinks without worrying about our vehicle. He was very sweet and pleasant to talk to and gave us recommendations for the rest of our stay in the north island. The property was very clean and quiet and the kitchenette was convenient for early morning coffee before we headed out. Highly recommended!

Noisy helicopters. No unit parking. Had to street park. Manager said some have 2 cars I sugested designated parks but ???not impressed

We had a great stay. We were in Hamilton for a couple of nights for the Kirikiriroa marathon which was conveniently walking distance from the start line. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Probably the best service I have ever seen at any accommodation I have stayed in! Very friendly and courteous, the room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable I didn't want to leave!

Cleanliness and proximity to Waikato hospital were pluses.
Only concern, shower floor slippery and unsafe for someone like me who is moderately disabled.

Lovely place to stay, nice and clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Close to hospital. Only negative was so close to hospital could clearly hear the rescue helicopter coming in and out lol. Would stay here again and would recommend.
