Excellent service!

Stayed here en route from Auckland to Taupo. Lovely welcome and well-appointed room. It was 'disabled access' which amused us as we're both able bodied - maybe our ages had something to do with it (68 & 73 😀😃). Easy walking distance to local supermarket for breakfast groceries and close to good selection of eateries.

We stayed at Quantum Lodge for 8 nights in April 2023 with a sports team of approximately 48 people comprising of couples, families and team-mates. The accommodation was booked through Orbit Groups and Events in NZ. Prior to our arrival, my contact with Robbie about the after hours check-in process was efficient and timely. All the staff that I had contact with during my stay were very helpful. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, especially on check-in day. Turning over the entire establishment to be ready for a large group booking was no mean feat. I witnessed the level of care and cleaning that was put into getting the units ready. The daily servicing of the rooms was also very thorough and to a very high standard. My husband and I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and we were thrilled with the accommodation. The apartment had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. There was ample storage. There was a well stocked kitchenette and a large spotlessly clean bathroom. The bathroom had a stand-alone shower , a spa bath and a good sized vanity. The lounge area was well proportioned with a comfortable couch, single chair and desk. Satellite TV was provided. The hotel facilities included an outdoor spa, pool, barbecue area (which we used for team get-togethers), swimming pool, gym and a shared laundry. Parking is available right outside the unit. Wifi was reliable. The hotel is located within walking distance of large shops and restaurants and is about 6km out of the CBD. The hotel is on a reasonably busy road. Although we could hear some traffic noise it stopped early in the evening and we were not disturbed by it overnight. I would highly recommend Quantum Lodge and I would love to stay there again when I return to Hamilton.

We stayed for a week and found the ledge very comfortable. The room had a small kitchen, which we used occasionally, a sitting area and large bathroom with a spa bath. We also used the BBQ area for socialising with friends. The rooms were well serviced and clean. There is also a self service laundry on site. The location is about 10 mins drive from downtown and 5-10 walk from a large shopping mall or supermarket. You need a car to stay here comfortably and get to places, as it is situated towards the edge of a very spread out town.

One of the best motels we have stayed at. Unit was beautifully appointed, warm and super comfortable. We had the best nights sleep in the super comfortable bed and the shower and bathroom were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!

I liked this place very much. The room was nice and tidy. Fresh linens and towels. It’s located in a quiet street. All in all highly recommendable place for a short stay. Friendly staff as well. It also has all the utilities yon need for a day or two.

We had a great stay at Quantum. The location was perfect for our family weekend in Hamilton, close enough to everythig, and the property was perfect, great sized rooms, comfy beds, great private spa pool.

Arrived to a Beautiful clean and spacious motel unit with kitchen and even a spa bath! Complex was quiet with parking at door. Close to kmart and supermarket. Easy to arrange late check-in thank you so much. Lovely owners /managers made for a great overnight stay.
