no heater cry

Place seems to be in junky area. In the morning before checking out one incident happened between the staff and one of the customer. Heard lot of shouting and fighting. We had to lock ourselves in the rooms until the cops showed up. We had a 1 year old baby and the whole incident really made us feel very unsafe. Talking about the room itself- Bed was uncomfortable, the doors were not locking, etc. Never going to suggest this place unless you are really looking for a cheap stay.

Room #6: Loose bathroom tap might break when turning off; shower floor dirty looking tiles (didn’t use); bathroom door only opens halfway then jams on floor; double lock on entrance door doesn’t work; reading lamp only one side of king bed. No amenities. Good restaurant nearby.

The room is clean and the area is safe and quiet. The shower is so tiny in that your skin is in constant contact with the shower curtain. The worst part for me was the bed comforter, it was so old and dirty. I found an insect inside it. So I decided to not use the bed during my stay. I slept on the couch they thankfully have in the room.

The place is literally a crack shack. There is a sign out front advertisement saying they rent by the hour. The rooms stink Its no where near anything helpful. The onoy thijgni can say nice about it is the showers are hot and the bed was comfortable.

Over the last year i been having to travel to many cities for medical reasons , I had a cancer dionosis which required me to attend many specialist appointments , this was first time using this ******* to reserve a room , Befor i arrived i had called to confirm my reservation and gave them a time frame of my arrival , i had traveled 12 hrs to get to my room , 1st issue room was ice cold , the lady turn on heat for me , the fllors were so cold i could not keep my shoes off , the ice cold ceramic tile floor was causing my feet pain , cramps not only in my feet but legs too, after a few minutes i checked on the heater , looked like a 50 year old base board heater , the thermostat was set on full blast yet very little heat was coming out , I was very upset , being tired and sore from driving 12 hours i went and demanded a refund and i was prepared to leave ,, they offered me a second room , so i gave it a chance , room was also ice cold , same ice cold floor , by this time i was too tred to argue , i took a towel from washroom placed it on the floor infront of the desk so my feet could be a little more protected from the cold , again a small 50 year old base board heater was on max , this time it was producing heat , but nothing was going to heat the floor , the room was poorly finished , it had unfinished drywall as a head board , unsanded drywall compound and unpainted , , the scum on every corner of the bathroom floor , was dirtiest i seen ever for a motel

They have bare minimum stuff in the room and alos the heating of the room is very nad. Half of the room have tiles which get very cold.

Toilet paper holder gone. TP sitting on heater. Bathroom floor not very clean. No hang up space

This property is very dated. No phone in the room, toilet was not attached to the floor, not 1 hanger in the room, uneven flooring. This room is NOT worth $111.00 per night Keep looking for better accommodation near the hospital before choosing this run down establishment....feeling very ripped off!
