The staff were friendly! The bed was super comfy! The water pressure in the shower was not good, especially for me; someone with thick hair. The hallway outside of our room did not smell good. Thankfully the room itself was clean. I was disappointed that there were people outside the door smoking.

This hotel is used for permanent residence. Observed banging in the hallway of someone trying to get back into their room as they were having a dispute. The hotel requires security which says it all. No coffee available in the restaurant, room coffee maker did not work, Hotel very worn. Our floor smelled like pot - even though it’s a non smoking hotel - very sad. Did not feel safe which caused lack of sleep. This hotel needs to decide if it is going to be a full time residence or hotel, one or the other. Will never recommend or stay again.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms are quite big and clean. Super comfy beds and pillows. Great location, away from the noisy downtown area.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the 30k Around the Bay race start.
The room was larger than expected and the hotel had everything I needed (fridge, coffee, microwave).

It was enough for my needs! Easy parking and free. Good location and nice price! The only problem is that the restaurant opens at 8 only so I had to get breakfast in another place. The room service amazing .

Bathroom floor had white fluff on it asked for a room disability friendly when booking tub 2ft high Asked for 5:00AM wake-up call never got it. Rug is thread bare in areas cloth at foot of bed had black spots on it. Mattress sinks in middle and soft from age. This is far from a three star hotel
