Stayed here with my sister and 2yr old .Place was clean newly renovated ,All amenities .rented the queen studio and had all kitchen utensils we needed to cook for baby .Staff we professional and friendly very grateful for accommodating our early check in .Will book again when visiting area.

Nice, clean hotel with some decent options to eat in the area.

This is my favourite hotel to stay when we are visiting Hamilton. The rooms are always clean. It is very quiet and a great location close to restaurants. I find the rooms a good size and parking is easy. Staff at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly every time we stay there and we have stayed multiple times.

It may sound petty but one of the two coffee mugs hanging on the hooks was dirty. I did mention this on checking out and was told that housekeeping would be made aware of this. Otherwise my stay was perfect.

This hotel was very difficult to find, particularly at night. It says it is on Upper James Street. However, it was not readily visible from the street. Instead it is "hidden" behind a business called "Factory Shoes". There was no sign whatsoever on the main street to identify the property. We had to stop and asked two gas-station attendants for help to get to the property.

Great stay, very friendly staff. Downside - breakfast hours - while OK for business, a bit too early for family vacation 6:30-9 weekdays, most hotels are 6:30-9:30. Breakfast itself was OK, adequate. However, coffee was horrendous. Both machines seemed to add water. Definitely something that should be improved.

The premises were clean, bright and up to date. Every staff member I met was pleasant, helpful, smiled and appeared to be good at their job and happy to be there. The whole experience was refreshing.
