The stay was good. The room felt humid, but aside from that everything was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the shower was hot. The bed was comfortable and the service at the front desk was great.

I would recommend this hotel as a clean, buffet friendly stay. the night front deck was very helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. Convient access to the highway. no shampoo in wall dispenser in the bathroom. Overall good budget friendly stay.

Beautifully updated and SUPER CLEAN! Reasonable rates. Upon arriving at this hotel, my husband asked to see a room before we made our purchase. He explained that we had been burned two nights in a row and could not go through another night like that. The request was denied. After some consideration, we decided to take a chance once again, and we were not disappointed. People who are making large purchases on vacations don’t want to buy something they can’t see. I believe if a room is available - at the very least - a door could be opened and someone could look inside. Please reconsider this practice. It’s stressful for travelers. The rooms are very spacious, beds and pillows are super comfortable, pet friendly, clean, air is cold, staff is very friendly and helpful, price is perfect! I will stay here from now on when in Hammond.

There were 4 of us and it was quite small. The 2 Kings, which we had paid for, were upstairs only and there is no elevator. I had back surgery and couldn't make those stairs carrying items up and down. We got an upgraded 2 Queen room. There was a welcome box in the fridge, with 1 bottle of water, some nuts, trail mix and popcorn. The A/C was good but the noise factor outside was horrible. LOUD motors all night long. The price was good, but now I know why. Also, there is a $25.00 fee for "damage" up front, which we got returned but that was strange to me.
