The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The staff with one exception, kenye, was grumpy and acted like you were annoying them. The elevator had a sticky floor the entire 3 day stay I was there. My bathroom doors had sticky hand prints on them. Making you wonder what else wasn’t clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was good. I tried this place twice. This is my last stay.

First room had broken thermostat and bathroom floor had clearly not been cleaned after the last guest. I was moved to another room which was infested with ants and when I walked in after being out for the day, there was a cockroach on the wall. This room was also dirty with the floors being unclean enough to leave my feet dirty. I moved rooms again with no remaining issues. This hotel is extremely poorly maintained with broken or falling off fixtures, dust that is visible in floor areas. Room service does not come to clean the room unless you request it from what I was told. I’ve stayed in some very run down places, but this was wild for the price and the fact it’s a Hilton. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through third party (********** obv), but was offered free breakfast as if that would make up for the Wild Kingdom: Insect Edition experience I was having or the other issues. Elevator lights would sometimes not work and sounded like they were about to die when you rode them. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. It’s a shame because the view is beautiful and the people who work there were really nice. Like nice to the point that it’s stopping me from calling corporate because I don’t want them to get in trouble.

Not happy……..our room temperature was 80 degrees. We called the front desk who sent a guy up, who claimed to fix it……it was not. We then ask to change room, but the temperature was the same in the other room as well. The staff didn’t even seem to care either.

This hotel has declined in the last few years. I’ve stayed ere several times & have witnessed its slow decline. Last time I noticed ants in the rooms, this times the rooms are unkept, the bathrooms are filthy & the hvac system barely works.

It was not quiet due to having our room on the floor with the roof top pool across from elevators. Walls were thin and there was an event all day every day we were there at the pool until 11pm. Very difficult to get rest.

There was a cockroach in our room. Also, some patches that weren’t fixed in the walls. The vents had black mold/air. I paid for a room with a view the hotel didn’t give it to me. I had to call and speak with 5 different people. Overall the client service and everything is lacking. Will never be back.

I reserved a king room with the view of the water but instead I got a king room over the main road. I was told all the water view rooms were taken. I paid for the more expensive room. Ver disappointed

this property need a real gm poor management first why areyou charging 254 anite with limited resources no micowave hello its 2023 no roll away beds hello not kids friendly at all tv stop working first nite room really small lot of small patching every were had to call engineers first time first nite u guys could learn some business market from marriotte you can never say no to a guest was told they cant even warm up my daughter food by the chef in the kitchen from dina front desk agent and why your staff look soo poorly attired at the from hilton need some professional growth you guys are waaay behind let me know if you need a agm to shake things up there been a manager at marriotte i could show how marriotte is waay more successful and his a leader in hospitality ur waay behind not entiseing to be in that hotel u guys need a shaking up up how a sucessful hotel looks like and run wake up no good and wat happen to free wifi you have to join to get wifi again it 2023 wake the heck up your behind the game harmony

Dirty, dirty, dirty, the floors were not swept the bathrooms were sticky the walls were even dirty it was super annoying because we spent $300 for one night and we didn’t expect luxury but we at least expected cleanliness
