挺好的。女兒喜歡這家。每次去hammer都是住這家。但是這次的房型有兩處設計我認為有問題。衞生間浴巾架在馬桶上方，特別矮，頭幾次被撞到，急人。第二，花灑不獨立，在浴缸上方，極不安全。

特別完美的一個房子，從貼心的地暖到一應俱全的廚房設施，再加上一台75寸大電視，是個週末和朋友們出行的好落腳點！

Disappointing-not 5 * Have stayed at what was very good accommodation several times over the years but sadly this property has lost the “luxury” aspect. It is now 4 *. Will look to other properties before booking this again as top end price for Hamner. PROS: great location-easy 5 min walk to town quiet 2 bdm/1bthrm apartments and 1bd 1bth have plenty of room with bonus of additional toilet in 2 bdrm apt. Good supply of cutlery & crockery Soft furnishings in good condition Good off street parking CONS: Contrary to advertising & in room info It is not serviced, excuse was they don t want to break your privacy. -towels not replaced until you go to office & request -rubbish not removed -we had 2 apartments, each occupant felt the lovely toiletries they historically had are now watered down also have to take bath/hand gel from sink to shower as only one supplied, annoying if you forget as have to climb out of bath (shower over bath) to retrieve it. -bathroom door water damaged and swollen (dry therefore historic) -don’t top up teabags or coffee unless you go down and ask for them Very old hairdryer still stuck on wall with “do not use” sticker on it. Why wouldn t you just take it off & replaster/paint the small wall-looks tacky not luxury -definitely not cleaned to the same standard as previous visits ie: backs of doors dirty, walls with a few chips out of them, rug in lounge felt grotty, outdoor furniture not clean. It has a general feel of lack of maintenance ie bargeboards need doing, outdoor rubbish bins overflowing We did speak twice to the lady on reception (not as engaging as the lady on check in on the Friday) but she seemed very disinterested. Felt a bit sad on departure as was always our go to in the past.

這次我們在鄉村湖的住宿絕對讓我們感到沮喪。我們在這裡住過很多次了，但這是迄今為止我們住過的最糟糕的一次。我們六週前預訂，下午 4.30 到達辦理入住，發現我們的房間地毯已經清理乾淨了。椅子等還沒放回去，我們就在我們單位的門口。兩間臥室的床頂上的所有家具都顛倒了。一旦我們解決了這個問題，就去安頓孩子們，發現他們沒有給我們的第三個孩子（當然是我們付錢的）的床，當被問及沒有提供的床時，經理告訴我們，我們必須額外支付40 美元才能購買嬰兒床。儘管我們為 3 個孩子和我們住在一起支付了額外費用。除了一盞小燈外，所有的燈都亮了，這盞燈用電線掛在第二個房間。無需使用額外的衛生紙，只需使用支架上的捲紙即可。我們還預訂了 5 人，他們每天只為我們提供 4 條毛巾來打掃。我們不得不不斷要求更多。我們房間的前門沒有鎖好。它似乎被鎖住了，但用力一推，門仍然會彈開，所以裝置並不安全。我們要求對此進行查看，但沒有採取任何措施。我們被收取了高級五星級的住宿費用，並被要求預付款，我們這樣做了，因為我們以前從未遇到過問題。它絕對達不到 5 顆星。

Location was pretty close to the main street. Atmosphere was so amazing town had a relaxing vibe and love all the nature around the township. We had the 3 bedroom apartment super spacious warm and had everything you needed staff absolutely amazing and very attentive to our needs. Fantastic communication regarding our stay. Great value for money, smelt amazing and so clean when you entered the apartment I was so happy. We were the noise level but sorted and we considered others when required. A+ service. Apartment had everything we could need. Came to celebrate our 26 th year anniversary, 5th yr married and my 1st yr in business and we sure did 🤗 thanks to our wonderful hosts we will be back with our family soon 😁 cheers and I highly recommend this stay place.

We’ve stayed at several places in Hanmer Springs over the years, but Village Lake will definitely be our go to from now on. The apartments are well equipped, and perfect for a family. We had an issue with our Air Con late in the night. However, Dom came immediately after our call and sorted it out, making sure we were good for our remaining stay. The small Christmas gift with a handwritten card was also a lovely and thoughtful touch. Unlike many holiday homes that are unmanned and rely only on text communication. This place feels genuinely welcoming, with staff present and available throughout the stay. Very Good service and a place we’ll happily return to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow Wow Wow. Dom and the team have a top location, in the centre of Hamner with kindness, cleanliness and service which is perfect. We stayed over Christmas and a wee gift was left for myself and mum, going above and beyound. The apartments are stunning with views over the hills and a very short walk to the pools. ( 2 mins) But it is the people that make the difference and this team shine. Thank you for a return stay and for being so helpful and welcoming. Hope to see you next year. A jackpot win to stay in this lovely, quiet setting. Appreciated Ang and Mary

Staying at this apartment was an absolute pleasure. The space is very well maintained and equipped with all the high end facilities which made our stay super comfortable. A perfect place to relax. The location is perfect and easy to access everything. Hospitality was on point. The host were warm, professional, responsive and attentive to every aspect to make sure a smooth and peaceful stay. I also appreciate the efforts and prompt service provided. We also asked for some local recommendations to go through which was bang on. Rare to find these kinds of host. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend - a place where luxury feels effortless!

Always a pleasure to stay here great for families and roomy apartments with everything you need. Close walking distance to everything no need to move your car. Clean spacious apartments my children always call this their second home. We have been coming here for over 10 years our go to place to stay

We stay here every time we are in Hanmer and it is an amazing place. The apartments are luxurious, beds incredibly comfortable, rooms very clean every time, never any issues from any of the times we have stayed here. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. You can borrow towels for the hot pools as well. Kitchen is very well stocked and the laundry facilities are great - means you can keep up to date with the washing while you are away, saving you a ton of washing when you get back home. An added bonus is the heating - heatpump plus gas fire means you are so warm during winter, air conditioning in the heat of the summer. We can't wait for our next visit.
