We stayed in this excellent hotel for three nights as part of our tour of Vietnam and can't praise it enough. Situated close to the old town and 'must see sights', the best thing about this hotel are the amazing staff; customer service is second to none. We had an executive room which includes access to the executive lounge (the Level) providing soft drinks, tea and coffee throughout the day, cakes/savouries for the two hour teatime and substantial, Vietnamese style food, wine and beer in the two hour evening period. This was well worth it to relax in this quiet space after a days sightseeing. Special shout out to Nguyen Thanh Tu who was delightful and super helpful, as well as the gentleman who served us in the Level. Highly recommended.

Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

河內是我越南旅行的最後一站，旅館也住了好幾間，這家新開業五個月的旅館經營層最用心，還沒到河內已經接到經理人關心的信，訊詢問需要的協助，checkin時，服務人員非常有禮貌請我們在沙發等候，奉上迎賓茶點，check out時,旅館經理人和們房也送到計程車旁道再見，非常細膩讓人舒服。 旅館座落於古城區和還劍湖旁，地理位置優越，河內景點，用步行都可到達，晚上逛古城回來沒時間壓力。 旅館很新，整理得整潔舒適，員工的態度也非常客氣有禮貌，由於位於古城區且是長形建築，房間不算大，但空間分配還算合理，頂樓還附設游泳池，不是很大，但古城區旅館有這設備也算難能可貴了。 每天早上的早餐都很令人期待，服務人員也很多，他們的牛肉河粉和西瓜汁，是我最喜歡的食物，住了五天，每天必點。 總而言之，河內五天的停留，很開心，下次到河內，我還會選這裡。

We stayed for 5 days starting from June 3 - June 7. The hotel is well located within the city and the services provided are excellent. The staff are polite, respectful and helpful. We stayed as part of our leisure trip; however the hotel is comfortable stay for business trip as well as the services provided are to the point. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has Continental, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean in the spread (Even though we are Indians, we prefer to try the local cuisine and continental when staying overseas. So the food was extremely agreeable for us --- however, if you prefer Indian food, they don't provide that in the buffet spread or menu). Also the food we tried by using the all-day in-room dining services were also good. We tried the cheese cake as we had read great online reviews about it while opting to stay at this hotel and it lived upto our expectations. The spa services provided were also excellent and refreshing. They offer currency exchange services at the reception itself, so you don't have to go to bank or money exchange services for converting USD to VND. The room we stayed in was 825 in the non-smoking floor. It offers city view and is clean and hygienic. The washroom is equipped with automatic bidet toilet; and provides hair dryer and other standard toiletries. The housekeeping is done well. To sum up, it was a pleasant stay for us here and would recommend for this hotel to our acquaintances.

酒店位置還可以，服務態度也還行，就是覺得有點奇怪，我同事先到酒店的，沒有提供BOOKING和護照信息，前台直接叫出她的名字，直接就把房卡給她了。我們入住了一晚后，第二天晚上回酒店的時候，那個男生前台才找我們要護照去複印。 吃早餐前我先把房卡給那個男前台退房，他說可以了。我說我有叫送洗服務哦，他說讓我先吃早餐，等下再來核算。然後早餐吃完後去前台，他又跟我說好了，我說確定不用付錢么？他說付什麼錢？我說洗衣服的錢呀，他說等等，然後確認了一次又一次后才有人把賬單拿下來。 酒店整體都還行，但是感覺內部管理有些問題，如果我不是誠信的人，前台在兩次跟我說好了的時候，但凡任何一次我沒有追問送洗賬單的話，那他們就收不到錢了。我還問了那那種情況怎麼辦呢？前台跟我說那就是他們前台和客服服務一起承擔了。覺得內部管理和培訓需要加強一下就更好了。 早餐一般，可以吃飽，沒有特別豐盛或不豐盛之說。但是粉的味道有點奇怪，不怎麼好吃。第一次入住的時候還可以，這次明顯沒有之前的好吃了，粉的口感和湯的味道都不對。希望改善。

房間足夠大，衹是設施比較老了，有點陳舊的味道，有些年頭了，打掃的還算乾淨整潔!窗戶是一般的單層鋁合金門窗，隔音效果不好，馬路上的車輛噪音很清晰. 早餐較少，湊合吃吧! 門口有海鮮餐館，不過比較貴一些. 離展館很近，不行兩分鐘，很方便!

我第一次旅遊住酒店的體驗這麼差, 非常差, 完全破壞我的心情,我真不建議大家去. 我們2個人訂了2房大床.吸煙房, 到了酒店後拿房,同層(並沒有安排), 並沒有事前通知不能吸煙,我知道不能抽煙我還選擇來你這一家嗎?附近都是酒店 而拿到房後有朋友來還要加錢.一個人要多加25萬VN, 一間房我從來沒聽過只能住一個人, 而我在網上看上限還是2個人. 之後check out 還要charge我們吸煙還要罰100萬VN. 完全破壞我旅遊的心情, 感謝agoda幫忙處理. 但這酒店我不推薦. I had a terrible, extremely disappointing experience during my first hotel stay while traveling, and it completely ruined my mood. I really don't recommend anyone to go there. We booked two rooms with double beds, specifically requesting smoking rooms. However, upon arrival at the hotel and receiving our rooms, they were not on the same floor as requested, and there was no prior notification about the rooms being non-smoking. If I had known that smoking was not allowed, would I have chosen to stay at this hotel when there are other options nearby? Furthermore, when we had a friend visit us in the room, the hotel demanded an additional fee of 250,000 VND for each person, claiming that only one person was allowed to stay in the room. I have never heard of such a restriction for a room that is advertised as accommodating two people on their website. To add to the frustration, during check-out, they tried to charge us an additional penalty of 1 million VND for smoking in the room. This entire experience completely shattered my enjoyment of the trip, and I am grateful to Agoda for assisting with the resolution. However, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. 初めての旅行でホテルの滞在がとても悪く、心情が完全に台無しになりました。私は皆にこのホテルをおすすめしません。 私たちは2つのダブルベッドの部屋を予約し、喫煙可の部屋を希望していました。しかし、ホテルに到着して部屋を受け取ったところ、リクエストした階にはなく、喫煙不可であることについての事前通知もありませんでした。もし喫煙ができないと分かっていたら、このホテルを選んだでしょうか？周辺には他のホテルもあるのに。 さらに、友人が部屋を訪れた際、ホテルから1人につき追加料金として250,000VNDを要求されました。彼らは部屋には1人しか泊まれないと主張しましたが、ウェブサイトでは2人宿泊可能と明記されていました。このような制限を課すホテルは初めて聞きました。 さらに、チェックアウト時には部屋での喫煙に対して100万VNDの追加罰金を請求されました。この経験は私の旅行の楽しみを完全に台無しにしました。Agodaの対応に感謝していますが、このホテルは私の経験に基づいて誰にもおすすめできません。

我通過Agoda預訂了永恆酒店,但關閉了,有一張紙條說我會在河內阿凡達入住。當我到達那裏時,接待人員很粗魯,一點也不樂於助人。我去房間,震驚的是這不是我預期的房間。很小,睡覺的時候癢,感覺有東西在爬。擡起枕頭然後看到3只臭蟲,擡起毯子,還有更多。然後我退房告訴那個人我需要退款,所以那個人告訴我第二天他會給我退款。他建議我也聯繫agoda,我做了,沒有收到任何回覆。所以第二天我回去拿退款,前台的人只是告訴我他們不能做任何事情,我只需要聯繫agoda。他們根本不在乎。真的很失望 希望有誰訂了這家酒店 都會取消 不像我一樣有體驗

酒店接待人員都非常樂於助人,信息豐富。我們不知道到哪裏去建立一個適當的PCR檢測醫院,以離開香港。酒店確實向我們推薦了一家距離酒店2公里的醫院,最重要的是,這家醫院非常高效,在4小時內向我們提供了檢測結果,價格只有另一家醫院的一半。我們非常滿意在入住期間聲學酒店對我們的親切服務。服務很好,房間很乾淨。下次在河內我們一定會再次入住。
