The AC in my room was not working and so it was extremely hot all night . I didn’t call down because it was so late and trying to sleep but not the most pleasant

I believe better access to hotel would be better and shower was amazing but almost fell because shower was slippery All in all experience was good. Thank you

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It is gorgeous! The customer service was amazing. We flew into BWI and our flight was delayed but Sherri Norton communicated frequently by text and made sure our reservation was held even though we arrived at around 2am. She is a gem and reduced my anxiety greatly. Roscoe was a pleasure and checked us in late and knew of our delay. Kudos to these two staff! The only issue we had this time but not previously was that we could not regulate the heat and the room stayed around 76-79 F. We set the thermostat to 68 F. In all fairness, we did not call the desk because it was past 2am.

I had several problems one was with the loilet, which stopped working and the other was the temperature control in the room - very cold and i informed the front but nothing was done - this is a recurring problem the last visit the inability to adjust the temperature in the room. I am also seeing a problem with the reservation itself and will inform my bank.

Did not have clean towels put in the room. Called to front desk said they would send them up and never did

The stay was average. Room was clean and looking nice. The following things need improvement; The shower had very low water pressure. Floor and desk lamp switches didn't work, had to plug and unplug the lighting . Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose on the wall. And lastly the temperature of the room was uncomfortable the whole time there. Mase adjustments to the thermostat with really no change to the room temperature.

The comfortability and easy access to the many of the areas around the ****** and shopping areas.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. This ****** is easily comparable, if not better, than a lot of the top ******’s found on the ***** in Vegas. It’s definitely worth it. The proximity to the mall is insanely close. I would 1000 percent recommend staying here.
