A great place to stay if you are exploring Harare. Big rooms with high ceilings. A nice pool to do some morning laps. Big garden with tall big trees. A comfy calm area to have meetings and Zooms. Healthy dishes to choose from. Hayley and her team are doing a great job - Thank you for your time making our stay memorable.

Having stayed with Hayley and her team for years now, its terrible that I am only reviewing Grosvenor House now. My most recent stay was last week, and once again, the lodge is literally home away from home. From the minute I walk in, I feel like i can take my shoes off and sit outside under the beautiful Msasas and just kick back and relax after a day of work. There is nothing that Hayley cannot deliver on. She will go out of her way to ensure you get what you need and even more. Will always be my first choice in Harare.

We stayed 1 night at the start of our holiday and the last night before flying out. Collectively our group were very impressed with Grosvenor House, the accommodation was excellent but the food and service exceeded all expectations. Hayley and her team made sure everyone was taken care of, even with some shopping requirements. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this lodge for business or pleasure.

This guest house is next level. Home away from home. The staff is world class and the rooms are stunning. Brilliant stay and words can’t explain how grateful we are for what they did for us as we booked out the entire guest house. Thanks Hayley and team.

Hayley was an awesome host and went out of her way to be accommodating. The accommodation was brilliant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I would certainly stay at Grosvenor again. Location was great being close to everything needed.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Harare with the friendliest owners and staff, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are lovely and elegant. Wellington the chef is absolutely amazing. Best steak in Zimbabwe! You won’t be disappointed.

First class accommodation and service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of areas to hold business meetings and WIFI connectivity is strong. I've stayed in many lodges in Harare and this is the best. No need to look elsewhere anymore, will return.

My colleagues and I stayed at Grosvenor House while we were in Harare for business. The team was so welcoming and accommodating! Haley seamlessly coordinated transportation as needed, and the chef provided delicious breakfasts daily and dinner on nights we stayed in. The rooms are spacious and the common areas are beautifully maintained. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful.
