Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

J’ai passé un bon séjour et j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’espace, les chambres, les services de chambre et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Sauf que nous n’avions pas apprécié les appels intempestifs des responsables posants des questions sur les jours de départ alors que toutes ces informations sont fournies à l’avance le jour d’arrivée. Pour le reste CRESTA Hôtel est une endroit sûr pour le séjour des affaires et même en famille.

Cresta Oasis is a no-nonsense, budget hotel offering everything one needs to be comfortable. However, it is definitely not a top-end establishment so if top quality finishes and furnishings is what you're after, rather pay the premium elsewhere. The newer rooms are comfortable and the wifi worked fine. Dining experience is in line with the rest of the establishment - solid, decent food but not your top-end gourmet experience.

It's not worthy the price asked, really too high for the value proposition offered. Service inefficient and incompetent. Room old and dirty. Restaurant nothing special. Staff gentle but incompetent and inefficient. ..stay away! Period: May 2023 Reason: business

My intention was to stay here and come back after returning from field visits in the rural parts of Zim, over a one month period. I ended up staying here for 6 nights only instead. Some key issues with the hotel are the following: - They use a key card system with a magnetic *****. Upon your arrival you get this card and it is supposed to work for the entire duration of your stay. In my case, I intended to stay for 8 nights at first. After one day, the key card system refused to open my door. When going back to the reception I was told by reception to not keep my key card close to my phone. I thought I did not do this but I was extra careful after this. The next day the key card could again not open mu door. Now I was sure that I did not keep my key card, next to my phone. I asked the reception again what the problem was. It finally turned out that the key card system is of low quality and always has this issue. After this, I felt I was gaslighted by the reception when they said that I must have kept my key card close to my phone. This is a terrible way of treating your customers, in my opinion - The WiFi has issues. It doesnt always work and too often you have to re-enter the password to connect again. - In your room, you are only allowed to get one half liter bottle of water. This is not enough. At the same time, I did get 3 bars of soap in my room. Totally unnecessary and instead of providing so many bars of soap, they could have provided an extra bottle of water. I went out and changed to a better hotel. Im glad I made that decision. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally good, the room was good. I got good service from the front desk when i got at the hotel early hours on the 17th April 2023 from the airport. The shuttle was at the airport on time.

Situated in the CBD but not so noisy for a calm experience improve on showers and taps labelling. hot/cold labels not seen in my room the stairs though not many but tiring for those with challenges in their feet

What a wonderful experience it was stayimg at the Cresta Oasis Apartments. Am happy the staff made my stay comfortable and memorable from their security staff, reservations, front office and housekeeping.I highly recommend this hotel to anyome looking for a long stay in Harare.I stayed at their self catering apartment from December 2023 to May 2024 and during that time the staff would interact with me to make sure i had the most comfortable stay.Their apartments are spacious, with showers, clean, comfortable with great signal for Wi-Fi.During my long stay, i opted for rooms on the ground floor where the rooms have access to their garden..just adjacent to your room.This is where i would sit outside enjoy the fresh air and relax on weekends.The location is convinient if one is travelling on business and want to be in the CBD, and its fairly priced.

My business trip and stay at cresta was fantastic. I enjoyed the quietness of the place, Not forgetting the room service and packed breakfast. I liked warm bath. Cheerful staff was everywhere at the reception, restaurant, room tenders.

The welcome is superb coupled with a refreshing environment and eversmiling front staff. Parking space is very secure with very helpful security personnel. There is a very wide range of Television channels to select from. Food is prepared to your standard with very patient kitchen staff.

The overall comfort of the hotel is good. The staff is kind but not well trained. We had to repeatedly talk to different desk staff about our reservation. Since it was two rooms on the same reservation, they seemed confused and I thought it was worked out 3 different times, but still they tried to cherge me for the second room. On the night that I checked in, I noticed some dirty dishes from room service on the floor of a hall. When I checked out 2 days later, they were still there. The design of the hotel is very inconvenient. There is no elevator and the room numbers don’t make sense. The third floor is the 200’s and the second floor is the 300’s. My traveling companions were in a room on side of the building from me and to get there, I had to walk down two flights of stairs and then bavk up, even though we were on the same floor.

The reception staff were not welcoming and not able to assist carrying bags up the stairs when they aware that there is no lift
