Outdated room wasn’t executive as expected no mention of height restriction parking food prices ridiculous

I have stayed here before and will be staying again most weeks for the next 6 but the room on this occasion was tired and the glass condition not welcoming, mattress very soft, carpet with a few stains, that said the food and service was amazing

All good, especially the pool, spa, & steam room. The food we had for dinner was excellent (with excellent service also), & the breakfast was all you could ask for.

The hotel needs some updating externally and the rooms are a little dated but the service from start to finish was impeccable! All staff were happy, kind and nothing too much trouble. The pool and spa were good but again all a little dated. The food was fabulous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in weeks!

Quiet and staff were exceptionally helpful at all times particularly from desk and bar/restaurant

Stayed in many hotels but first time in a Best Western and was very impressed. Excellent value for money, great serbice and good food.

Fantastic room, exceeded expectations. Leisure facilities to match. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had an enjoyable stay and the Staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, this hotel doesn’t get a five-star overall due to the reduced servicing of rooms and, although not a large issue, no drinking water provided in the room. Breakfast on the first morning was somewhat disappointing, with the menu having been removed from the tables due to, we were led to understand, the kitchen being very busy. Maybe it was due to a large number of guests? It improved greatly on day two, when the menu had re-appeared. A lovely building but some areas looking a little tired. The hotel does what it promises but don’t expect any frills. We didn’t use the Leisure/Spa facilities so cannot comment on those.

This is my third stay here and this time everything was excellent very happy.
