My 2 nd Pathetic experience Not trained reception staff No idea about pre reservations Not recommended at all Early check in is double the tariff of if your room for which no one is listing not recommended at all any ways don’t go to this hotel any way

This is the best value for money hotel. it is away from the city so you can live in peace(that was my primary reason for selecting this property). food is 10/10, both dinner and breakfast were amazing. staff is courteous and helps out any way they can. if you are coming with a driver or a helper, they have provision for their accommodation and food as well that was amazing to see. overall we had an excellent stay

Generally excellent service. Room service and restaurant service are very good with pleasant faces. Highly recommended this hotel. The experience was good. The service this hotel provide is quite appreciable. Food quality was literally very good. Staff members are good when it comes to service and behaviour. Some games can be included for entertainment. Perfect destination for your stay.

Went there for 14 days stay, hotel was excellent in terms of ambience, staff behaviour, food quality and all... Everything was up to standards even when you compare it with some other Fortunes, their services and staff behaviour takes the edge. One should definitely consider this...

The stay was amazing and the credit goes to Khushi. She took care of everything from beginning to end. The family thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Because of the courtesies extended by the staff, we stayed twice in the same month. Food was amazing and services were prompt. Loved staying in the property. Will soon plan another trip.

Very Good experience in terms of Hygiene & attending customer it's top notch . Well their should be additional equipment added for weight training & exercise . ***** with it the staff was very empathical during the stay or withthe services.

I have stayed at this Property multiple times...the Rooms at the Hotel are of good size, clean and comfortable..the staff is warm and welcoming...and the food by and large is good...that is all one needs after a long work day...all of which together makes for a good experience..

Clean n nice ambience.. restaurant served nice food. All in all a pleasant experience. Staff was courteous and prompt too. The negative is property far from City centre so one need vehicle. Hotel do not provide transportation facility. A pleasant experience

Very good and the people are soft spoken ,the interior of the room was very good, they kept the room clean and neat. Washroom was very comfortable and clean. Bar of the room was added , I liked the hospitality. The service provided was excellent.

Excellent hospitality and attention by hotel staff. Front desk team were very attentive . They extended our check out by an hour...post that also we could keep our belongings in their cloak room and were at the Orchids, their restaurant for lunch. The restaurant team is fabulous. Our servers, Sachin, during breakfast and Anshuman during lunch took super care of our needs. Very patiently they took our requests and then got warm and delicious freshly made food. The quality of food is very good. Every item was delicious and made with care. We thank Sachin and Anshuman for their attention. Also thank the chef for the quality of food. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haridwar especially people who want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the busy part of the town.
