At the first meet, the care taker cheated by taking rs 60- for free 3 bottle of drinking water. He asked me whether i need wine. No service, very poor basic amenities. That too i had to ask for. I thought, room as i booked was replaced. Not at all value for money. Very bad experience.

Very helpful staff, the entire team is very nice. Rooms are quite big and spacious. The hotel is very close to railway station and hear ki pauri.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice interiors. Easy approach from bus and railway station as situated on main road. Room service and breakfast was excellent. I even asked for warm drinking water which was delivered in few mins. But exhaust fan was not installed in bathroom leading to unpleasant smell. Overall happy with experience.

During my booking why you have not given options for non ac and ac room booking? why i was not able to cancel this booking ? booking and stay experience was not good. It's average

Excellent hospitality in the midtown hotel near to balmiki chowk in haridwar which is also near to railway station. It's just 700 m far from the railway station haridwar

This place is at midst from railway station to hear ki paudi. The place is maintained well. The staff is really helpful and supportive. Food is amazing. Only drawback is since it is next to the main road, it is a bit noisy. Rest it was a really good experience.
