Our stay at Pilibhit House by IHCL was truly one of the most divine and memorable family experiences we have ever had. I travelled with my mother, my wife, my daughter, and my son. This was our first complete family trip together, and Pilibhit House made it exceptionally special from the very first moment. As we entered the property, we received a beautiful traditional welcome with Rudraksha Mala, Aarti, and the holy sound of Shankh. The entire atmosphere felt spiritual, peaceful, and mesmerizing. Every staff member welcomed us with genuine warmth and smiling faces, making us feel valued and respected. The lobby itself is breathtaking — open, elegant, peaceful, and directly facing Maa Ganga. The first glimpse of the holy Ganga from the lobby instantly creates a deep spiritual connection and reminds you why Haridwar is such a sacred destination. The check-in experience was extremely smooth and thoughtful. The staff member attending us was very polite, helpful, and welcoming. Since we had booked two Ganga-view rooms with all meals included, the manager advised us to first enjoy lunch as it was lunchtime, and then continue the check-in formalities later. This small gesture reflected true hospitality. The food throughout our stay was excellent — very balanced, clean, non-oily, and perfectly cooked. The taste was outstanding. Although the serving speed was slightly slower compared to some luxury hospitality standards I have experienced earlier, the quality and freshness of the food completely compensated for it. Our rooms were beautiful and peaceful. The Ganga-view balcony experience is unforgettable. Sitting there while listening to the soothing sound of Maa Ganga flowing beside you brings a deep inner calm that cannot be explained in words. One of the biggest highlights of the property is its private Ghat near Har Ki Pauri. Taking a holy dip in the cold waters of Maa Ganga with my entire family — my mother, wife, and children — became a deeply emotional and spiritual experience. The attendants were always present and supportive during the holy dip experience. The evening High Tea was another beautiful experience. The live instrumental performance by a talented young Pahadi artist created a magical atmosphere. His musical talent is truly God-gifted. The tea, cold coffee, sandwiches, and snacks were all excellent, and the hospitality during High Tea was exceptional. The private Ganga Aarti at the hotel was the most spiritually connected Aarti experience I have ever had — even more peaceful and organized than the crowded Aarti experiences at Har Ki Pauri. The Panditjis explained every ritual beautifully and involved every guest with devotion and care. Releasing the diya and flowers into Maa Ganga during the Aarti felt emotionally divine and unforgettable. The hotel’s inner courtyard is full of greenery, plants, and positive energy. Everything was maintained with exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. My children especially enjoyed t
