It is approx. 200 m from the marina, 300 m from the outer harbor and the beach, and 800 m from the Kurmittelhaus Cliner-Quelle. The house stands on a plot of approx. 600 sqm with a lawn, terrace, garden furniture, lounger and grill.The property is fenced with a hedge and therefore ideal for a family with small children. The house also has a parking space and a garage. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 2 beds each. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second Bedroom two beds, each 1.80m long. There are bedding boxes under the beds. There is a wardrobe in the hallway. On the ground floor is the living room with a cozy seating area, a dining area, satellite TV, radio cassette CD player.From the living room it goes through the patio door directly into the garden. High chair can be placed on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
