Mal, muy mal, sobrecama sucia, cucaracha muerta en el baño, inodoro flojo e inestable, alfombra sucia, mal olor en la habitación, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, cuando solicité el transporte del aeropuerto hacia el hotel nunca contestaron el correo. Pésimo lugar. No lo recomiendo en lo más absoluto

En recepción las dos personas fueron muy amables, también el transporte al aeropuerto muy bien.
La habitación dejó mucho que desear, la alfombra muy sucia, baño y suelo del baño con varios pelos.
La cama se hundía en el centro.
El desayuno estuvo aceptable.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I was told that only 2 ppl(it was 3 small women btw)can stay in a king room because they will be in trouble with the fire marshals. Had to pay extra than advertised for 2 queens. Breakfast you have to make your own waffles. And when asked for a late check out it was overly charged. Go to the Marriott or something better

Stranded at Houston International Airport for two days. Booking process was simple, and the hotel provided very specific directions for the airport shuttle. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, but not much else within walking distance due to the lack of sidewalks (FM1960 is a very busy road). Overall a very good stay. I've spent much more for worse rooms/locations.

I booked a room for my boss and I to stay in. Let’s just say I’m lucky that I still have a job. However, according to my boss, I am no longer allowed to book hotels for work or personal use. I’m guessing this is mostly due to the stains on the carpet in between the beds that are quite definitely blood spatter.

Marooned by United i booked this little Gem arriving just before midnight. The place was clean, comfortable and in great condition. Two carryouts right next door and a few food options more a mile walk away. A restful end to another Houston airline crisis.
