We are in this hotel tonight and tomorrow night. Requested a room on ground floor as husband is disabled and on crutches. A quiet room, booked well in advance. Given a room that you need to use the lift to get to upper floor and walk to the end of the long corridors. Next to the tube and train tracks so noisy. Had to go and get towels as only one in the room. And the heating in the room doesn’t work. Smallest bathroom ever and not a walk in shower for disabled person but over the bath. Did tell receptionist and he shrugged his shoulders at me. Thanks premier inn
