南哈特福德喜來登酒店(Sheraton Hartford South Hotel)

Location was easy to find. The hotel and the room were very clean. My issue was the room had no microwave or refrigerator, so we had to use the one in the lobby. The bathroom had no vent which is weird. Overall, I had a good experience, and I would stay there again.

The hotel itself was ok we constantly had an issue with our key to get in the room and while Brandon was phenomenal the rest of the staff was rude and provided subpar services. Cecil who is the maintenance worker was condescending, rude, and overall lacked customer service etiquette. We were given breakfast vouchers for our troubles while staying there when i arrived downstairs to have breakfast the gentleman in the restaurant was very rude about the policy in there as well stated multiple times how much the buffet costs when i hadn’t asked him for the price not 1 time. I would never stay at this Sheraton again based off the staff with the exception of Brandon who as i said was amazing, accommodating, and had great customer services etiquette.

staff was always friendly and there to help when I had questions. Hotel was very clean, the kids loved the pool. Overall I was very impressed with my stay here at the Sheraton and I am definitely returning back with my kids. It was a good getaway and well worth it.

Nice hotel just to stay a quick night but there were people running down the halls at 10pm and you could hear it like the door was open. Bathroom had hair on the ceiling and the tub faucet could almost pull out of the wall

This hotel in general seems very run down. Our room had a stale smell, and didn't seem overly clean. The carpet looked like it had been cut up and then replaced in a way that didn't quite fit. The bed seemed old and saggy, and the sheets felt like they weren't quite clean. The view out of our window was overlooking a landing that had lots of trash on it that looked like it had been there for awhile. We will not be staying here again.

Very outdated, did not feel clean. Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled of smoke.
