The hotel itself was ok we constantly had an issue with our key to get in the room and while Brandon was phenomenal the rest of the staff was rude and provided subpar services. Cecil who is the maintenance worker was condescending, rude, and overall lacked customer service etiquette. We were given breakfast vouchers for our troubles while staying there when i arrived downstairs to have breakfast the gentleman in the restaurant was very rude about the policy in there as well stated multiple times how much the buffet costs when i hadn’t asked him for the price not 1 time. I would never stay at this Sheraton again based off the staff with the exception of Brandon who as i said was amazing, accommodating, and had great customer services etiquette.
