It was great. Once you walk in there’s a very clean and modern comfy vibe in the lobby and dining area. Hallways look updated and decent. Room layout for my 1 bed King option was great. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy even the little sofa in the corner was decent to put my things. Liked the touch to have a coat rack too. Will stay here again.

This was NOT A HANDICAP ROOM. No ICE. NO EMPLOYEE at FRONT DESK at 7:00 am for help untill 8:00 am. NO COFFEE and the guy at the front desk at 6:00 an and said I had to pay CASH for a school sized MILK. I will never stay at ANY of your hotels again and will never use ******* again. I just retired

I stayed here because I have stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed the service and comfort. Both times (previous and this booking) it was a quick rest breaking up a long drive. I was there approximately 5-6 hours. To my shock, they double charged me a $50 deposit and then a $200 “smoking fee”. I called to dispute, as I don’t smoke. My father died from lung cancer, so saying I smoke is incorrect. These hotels do this because there’s no actual way for you to dispute, because you’ve already left and hours away, so it’s your word against theres. Sad because this is a stopping point and I like this hotel. Won’t be back and will give other hotels around the area my business instead.

Everything was great about the property besides I having to go to the front desk 3 times to get new keys to the room because of malfunction with the door and manager refused to compensate me for the inconvenience.

Room wasn’t ready at 630 pm m. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a room after driving 6 hours with kids

We booked a king on ******* and they only had double queen beds. Also, i would have preferred a breakfast buffet over the breakfast. The waffles and pancakes were kind of gummy.

The property was clean and updated. Even though there was a celebration in the banquet hall, things were relatively quiet.

The hotel was adequate and very nice staff. My issue was the shower pressure. It was just one level up from a trickle. Maybe the shower head needed cleaning, idk, but the hotel should. If you can't manage routine inspections of the little things that offer true value to a stay, then you should quit your job. Because without guest, you have nothing, and you might think that people will just put up with it, that will sooner or later come back to bite you in the you know what!

Every staff member i encountered was exceptional, especially Lauren, the overnight front desk gentleman, the restaurant team and housejeeping. Also, the food was five star. Thank you for excellent service and comfortable accommodations!

Updated and clean. Many dining options around. Room was big and bed was comfy. Water pressure was a challenge but still a hot shower.
