哈桑珍珠酒店(The Pearl)

I went to Hassan for a business trip. I stayed at the pearl for 1 night only. Overall it was a good experience to stay there. Location: It was hard to find the location. I asked locals for the Pearl but no one knew about it. The Pearl was earlier known as 'The Southern Star' Hotel. They haven't changed the Neon sign above their building. After crossing the building twice, I searched for pics and saw the same building for the Southern Star and Pearl. At check-in, I came to know that they had changed their name in December 2022. They are still in process of changing their name everywhere. Room: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The toilet was clean too. Wi-Fi is ok. The mini fridge was empty and over priced snacks are there too. Service: My room had electricity issues so I asked them to fix it. They came in a minute and were polite. Food: The breakfast costs 200 pax. I didn't pay for that so I wouldn't comment on it. Overall: They need to change their terrace neon sign immediately. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This hotel is very good for staying in Hassan. It is very near to railway station and the bus stand. there are ***y eatries near by too . If anybody is interested in getting the medical trea**ent, then there are ***y speciality hospitals near by this hotel.

Our room was infested with cockroaches. There are so ***y of them crawling around in the room. Insect infestation is a big issue in here. Horrible experience. Staff was only speaking in kannada. While check-in we were given keys to a room that was not ready.

Everything was great at this hotel amazing staff that is friendly and makes cous**ers feel welcome great receiving from Mrs. Poornima Thankyou hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing

Cleanliness is maintained very well... It's hygienic.. Mainly guest receiving is genuine by Mrs. Poornima... Staff cooperation is very nice... Food is beyond our expectations. Tastes delicious.... Thank you for very kind hospitality...

Horrible hotel - extremely tiny, congested rooms, limited car parking, very limited dishes in the buffet, slow service in the restaurant. We were even cheated on the restaurant bill. The porter refused to carry one of the bags.

Hi All, Few points which i need to highlight: 1) Zest restaurant food and service is great. Thanks! 2) Reception staff are dull. Need to work on customer service.Regular reminders on calls were done if I needed anything. 3) Rooms are good but few things should be worked on. Locker had issue. No proper hot water in bathroom. Issues with tap. 4) No enough car parking. Was asked to park outside the building. Should work on this and prioritise guests car first instead of the one walking in to restaurants. 5) Walking aisle outside the rooms are smelly with cigarettes. No proper ventilation. Thanks!

It was a good stay with family for one night. Wish they had informed us in advance that the room was earlier occupied by guests that preferred to smoke. Had that been the case then we would have requested for a non smoking room. Overall it was a good stay.

Room service was so bad I didn't have words. Smoking was all over our two rooms whole night not sure about there air conditionin system. It was really very bad experience for me n my family. Even worst part is they don't care about your experience
