you cant ask for more for the price with a location and view like that

The staff is helpful with fixing the radiator and TV. The hairdryer is not working well.

Close to both Hastings beach and railway station with a great seaview. The shortage is that there are too many stairs and amenities are a little bit old.

The area seemed a bit dodgy with street people hanging around. The wifi was not functioning in our room as it was being upgraded. We made a complaint and were given a complimentary breakfast. The manager was most apologetic. Parking was only available on the street and we had to pay for it. For an extra charge we were able to upgrade to a seaview room. Common areas were quite shabby but the room had been upgraded and was clean and modern. Some of the lights did not work.

Horrible, run-down room. Dirty windows, walls, peeling wallpaper, no bedside light, broken TV remote control held together with a plaster (!), drunk and homeless men permanently gather just near the entrance making it feel unsafe for women alone. Rude, uninterested female manager. She obviously isn’t interested in standards. Woken up at 2.30am by people (************ probably) shouting in passage behind hotel, went on for half an hour. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in the dodgiest part of the town , and don’t care about nice interiors, this is the place for you.

The place was good for weekend stay, more suited to sole person as lift is very tiny. Lovely sea-view from windows, seagulls make it difficult to keep windows clean. Breakfast very expensive at over £10

Room was chilly, poor double glazing in my back room so late night street noise. Barely warm shower on Sunday morning & no heating on at all. Flimsy bedcovers. Staff were lovely....not their fault

Hotel pretty run down and basic, very little service offered. I paid for best room possible and this was a basic room with sea view that had been recently decorated, however the landing outside the room was in a poor state. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
