Nice location and view, staff very friendly and helpful and clean.

The area is rather convenient , however these rooms are outdated and needs renovation. The dresser was old , the bathroom needs a lift. The staff however very helpful.

The location was convenient to the UN, EU and other business hotels. There are dining options and it is easily accessible.

Friendly and in a good location. Room cleaned every day and decent value. Breakfast was fairly basic.

Great location just wish there was more selection for continental breakfast available

I was not appropriative of the fact that my bedroom needed the key in the lock so it can stay locked. There was no safe in my room. I was left without towels at one time. Some of the staff were not pleasant and friendly

Suited my needs perfectly - just 2 nights in comfortable accommodation to which I could retreat & relax & recover after a minor surgical procedure. Everyone was polite & helpful. Adequate breakfast despite only strawberry jam on offer My only complaint ( which I forgot to report) was that my bedside lamp didn’t work which was slightly annoying.

I thought the Hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night. We got there at almost midnight and it is across from a beach where young people gathered. Their music was very, very loud but it stopped a few minutes after 12. Otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep. We had requested that one of our rooms have 2 double beds and got a room with only one bed. Could have been a problem if it hadn't been that they were sisters. It does state that they can't guarantee room requests but I think they need to add this feature. The breakfast was nice and located in a nice area.
