國會大廈附近酒店

打卡凱賓斯基，首先位置一絕，在國會大廈的斜對面，然後頂樓的bar真的很贊，坐在這裏就可以看到 Centro Habana以及La Habana Vieja的全景，還有一個頂樓的游泳池，甚至連電梯都是觀光電梯，是拍照打卡的好去處。總的來説體驗還是很OK的，可以在這裏喝雞尾酒，欣賞哈瓦那城區的風景。

發黴+臨街吵鬧+設施陳舊=不推薦！！！ 220V電壓但需要轉換插頭！！ 早餐算是唯一的亮點，符合國內四星標準，我不明白這個酒店谷歌4.6評分怎麼來的…… 當地華人導遊老城區衹推薦馬路對面的凱賓斯基，或者新城區衹推薦西班牙公司管理的MELIA，古巴全境其它所有酒店都是軍方管理的國企。 房間黴味瀰漫有蟑螂，開窗通風又是滿街老爺車的汽油味道，關鍵隔音還差晚上馬路上經常有人唱歌打鬧，睡眠質量無法保證！ 洗澡水壓挺足但沒有拖鞋、沒有護髮素、沒有熱水壺提供……如果不是衝著它有聯通房，不會預訂這裏，以後再也不會去了，老老實實定凱賓斯基

I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff? 2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. 臨時預訂的這家，環境和設施出乎意料的好，由於被制裁，房間內物資的確匱乏，食物豐富。

El Hotel Capri es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en La Habana, Cuba. Su ubicación es excelente, cerca del malecón y rodeado de restaurantes con diversas opciones de comida y precios para diferentes presupuestos. El servicio del hotel en general fue bueno, aunque, desafortunadamente, no todos los empleados mostraron la mejor disposición y atención. Por ejemplo, al llegar al restaurante el primer día, la atención que nos brindó la persona que nos atendió no fue la esperada. La comida del hotel es de buena calidad, pero la variedad es limitada, lo que nos llevó a decidir tomar almuerzos y cenas en restaurantes fuera del hotel durante los días siguientes. Sin embargo, el desayuno es bueno y variado. El servicio de internet fue bastante bueno. Es justo mencionar que otros empleados del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. En general, nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Capri fue satisfactoria.

Lo que más me interesa es que me atiendan bien. Y la Suecia fue excelente. Estados corta pero placentera. Volveremos

房間挺大，衞生間裏面是金華五金和佛山瓷磚的即視感，總體中規中矩，酒店下面有幾家餐廳還行

房間不錯，有免費wifi。就是不要住對海邊，樓下每晚都有節目很吵😭,早餐也是歐式早餐為主，比較幹。

房間寬大，佈局不錯，陽枱面向大海，感覺很棒！前台彬彬有禮，指引貼心仔細。酒店整體佈局寬敞明亮，很有設計感，尤其大堂的水廊讓人印象深刻。早餐很豐盛，服務人員態度熱情，就餐環境舒適怡人。印象深刻的是，酒店的總經理還給房間送來了一瓶朗姆酒，讓人感受到備至的關懷。在古巴當前物質環境如此匱乏的情況下，酒店為維護客人的良好感受而做出的努力，使人深受感動。 美中不足的是，酒店廊道上有個別地磚鬆動，踩到時有不適。另外建議房間配拖鞋，方便客人進出泳池。
