賴德湖濱公園水療酒店(Lakeside Park Hotel & Spa)

Went for a Christmas party. Over priced drinks , food was incredibly average , tiny portions and they served plain pasta and undercooked veg as a vegan option. Had far better value for money at any pub .

No service for evening meals no ice in the bar my son walked out to Tesco to purchase some dead flys all over entrance hall lights and windows in rooms

Lovely afternoon tea. Great service. Wonderful views. Fairly standard afternoon tea but very tasty and well presented. This is a fabulous location with views across a vast lake. Set in the pretty village of Wooton near Ryde. Nice restaurant with lovely outlook.

My son and I had a spa session with afternoon tea. The spa experience was disappointing. It was too busy with children and loud people. It was too loud and not a relaxing atmosphere. We were unable to use the hot tub as it was rammed with people. We paid extra for treatments which were really good though and the staff were very nice . The afternoon tea was lovely.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a motorcycle tour of the island. The location was beautiful overlooking the lake with extensive grounds and despite being reasonably close to the road was very peaceful. The bus stops are very close and offer an excellent service around the whole island. The hotel is modern with light and spacious public areas and the bedroom also matched up being of a generous size, well decorated with good storage and a lovely view over the lake. The food was good, prices reasonable and a very good wine list and well stocked bar. The spa facilities were standard and could do with a bit of updating. The outstanding feature by far are all the staff within the reception, restaurant, bar and spa, who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Had a fantastic night . Great food. And staff couldn't have been more helpful . Big shout out to Mark, who was a great server . Disco was definitely old school which is what you need at this time of the year :) great atmosphere and looking forward to next year :)

Our Rowing Club’s Awards night proved to be a very enjoyable and fun evening at this classy venue. The buffet meal was delicious and the function room was perfect for our special event. It was a pleasure liaising with Jess from the Events Team and on the night her professional staff continued to ensure that everything ran smoothly. A great venue for any occasion.

We enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Lakeside last night. As a family we wanted to go somewhere special to celebrate some good news. From the minute we arrived, we were looked after superbly by Anthony and his team. The surroundings are very smart and comfortable. The food was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and can’t recommend highly enough.

A feeling of relaxation from the minute you arrive. Staff at check-in are friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Dining can be booked at reception. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Complimentary bottles of water and biscuits are provided in your room, along with tea and coffee making facilities. The decor in the hotel room (and in the bathroom) has a modern feel and is kept to a high standard. Robes are provided for the spa. The spa has much to offer. There is an adequately heated pool with indoor jacuzzi, steam room, and shower with various settings. Outdoors, there is a thermal spa with two saunas set at different temperatures and fragrances. The lighting outside sets the ambience for evening use. There are plenty of loungers both inside and outside (if the weather permits). There is a wide range of spa treatments available, with a bubble lounge for relaxation before or after treatments. The afternoon teas are delicious, and the evening meals are equally as enjoyable. A buffet style breakfast is available with good quality, local produce. The Lakeside has now become our annual treat, especially when offers are advertised.
