It's a beautiful property! Very well kept and clean. A few inconveniences with construction but not much. My main issue is lack of communication! When we checked in we weren't given much information....just told to call the desk if we had questions. It would have been great if a piece of paper in our room would have given us info on this unit, i.e. how the AC works (sun sensor related to closure of patio doors), options for clean towels and an optional room cleaning, trash needs to be taken to room located on each floor, how the light switches and ceiling fans work, beach packages for coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and just basic Information related to this complex. We never knew any of this until we asked specific questions and were ready to check out. Very disappointed! If it's an "*******" issue of them not wanting their business, then that needs to be fixed. I am a Gold VIP member and received no perks. They said no upgrades were available and they don’t give food vouchers. Other than lack of communication, I would recommend this resort. Just make sure to request an employee explain how the amenities and housekeeping works on your arrival!
