Wir hatten ein Appartement mit teilweisem Seeblick gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein sehr großes aber im EG gelegenes Appartement. Wir haben das angemerkt, als Rückmeldung gab es nur: Das wurde über ******* so bestellt. Für den Preis leider gar nicht ok. Das neue Appartement war sehr sauber mit schöner Veranda. Schöne Anlage insgesamt.

I would give a very good rating but the problem is that there is a wide variety of villas and when you book via the Hyatt app you don't know what you are getting. Our first stay we had an older (decorated) unit but clean and good location. This time the first night we spent in a first floor walk down unit with a semi private lanai overlooking the pool- An AC that blew right on you in both bed and when sitting on the couch. We were 4 adults (parents + 2 adult children), which they knew about, because they request a whole registration form to be filled out ahead of time yet, they gave us a unit with one bedroom with a king and another with a queen. Adult children DO NOT want to share when on vacation and someone should have the common sense to not assign a villa with that configuration- at very least should advise before arrival. We were moved for 2nd night and beyond because we did complain all way up to Hyatt concierge- reality could all be avoided with a little more communication and planning. Not sure how they fix given units all have different owners- should at a minimum allow guests to choose their bed configuration. And a sofa bed is NOT an option. if 4 people book a 2 unit they do not want to camp- for that I would have booked a 1 bedroom. Beware if booking here to be specific in what you expect/need and if they are unable to give you that they should allow cancellations.

Absolutely amazing. Perfect amenities for a long stay with full kothen and laundry. Even had lounge chaors and beach towels. Location is perfect with walking distance to beach and shopping and free parking at the shopping center, which is meters from the public beach.

I am a Globalist with Hyatt and stayed at the property in early December 2023. I specifically asked for an updated unit. I stayed at Unit 95. Checking in was difficult because to obtain your key/information, you needed to check in down the street in a small ***** mall. The problem was there was zero parking at the ***** mall because it is the same mall as a very popular new restaurant, Monkey Pod (which is excellent). It is not an ideal experience when you have traveled across the world. The unit itself was clean but was not updated since (it seemed) 1989! I strongly recommend bringing your own hairdryer instead of the vintage Vidal Sasson one they provide. I will let the pictures do the talking. Kudos to the cleaning folks who kept it clean. Come on, Hyatt and owners; you cannot keep making me pay 2023 prices for a 1989 product. Invest in your property and keep it up to date.

I want to warn people about this property: the terms are extremely misleading. We booked this many months in advance, and I saw in the terms on the Hyatt site that there is a non-refundable deposit that stated it was *collected 30 days prior to arrival*. There was nowhere in the cancellation terms or anywhere else that you would also be required to pay this if you cancel prior to the 30 days - or in our case, cancel many months before the stay. I reached out to my concierge to make this point but the property insisted on keeping the deposit despite these very misleading terms. Not only this, but when booking this property via Hyatt we never received a confirmation email for our reservation. The integration between this property and Hyatt is extremely flaky, and I think they aren't living up to Hyatt customer service standards. At the very least, their language on the Hyatt site is not clear whatsoever.

What and spacious for our group of five adults and a toddler. Good facilities, including for recycling. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and appliances. We appreciated the large living room and large balcony (lanai) with adjacent washer/dryer. The units with a view on the ocean must be 5 stars .

Great property, quiet with a decent golf and tennis courts. Wailea is gorgeous.

Even though you are asked to leave your shoes at the door, the carpets need to go. My feet are stained with the dirt that’s on these carpets. Appliances are old- they get the job done yes with massive amount of noise. Wanna sit on that deck turn off the air-conditioning otherwise you can’t even sit out there it’s so loud. Bathrooms seem to be fine. However I did have to call to have somebody turn on the hot water somewhere outside. They just need to get with the program. Surprised at the grand champions doesn’t have some kind of rule about how soon condos need to be upgraded. We have stayed in these condo at grand champions three other times in beautiful condos. Oh yes, hair dryer still not working.

This was a great spot for a family of 5. I loved that I was able to cook and it had all the amenities.
