納普里凱海灘度假酒店(Napili Kai Beach Resort)

ラハイナ火災の影響なのか、スタッフの方のウエルカム感が感じられなかった。これからも年に一度は訪れようと思います。ぜひ早くハピーな笑顔に会えるよう、元気出して 頑張ってほしいです。

The beach area is beautiful, but the pools are very disappointing along with the rest of the resort. They have not remodeled the property ever and I was told by several guests who have stayed here several times over the past 30 years that everything is the same with the exception of newer appliances in the rooms. We had several massive cockroaches in our room and had to be relocated to a different room! We appreciate the hotel changing our rooms, but should never have encountered this. We travel all over the word in jungle-like locations and have never encountered cockroaches like we did here.

We stayed two nights in an Ocean Front studio, which appeared to be recently updated. The room was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. They must have a great housecleaning team! The room comes equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stove/oven (which we didn’t use). The onsite restaurant is very good (make reservations).

Our stay at Napili Kai was amazing. The location was stunning. Great for kids. Great access to the bay for snorkeling and lounging around. The kids enjoyed the pool and the children’s program as well.

Very nice property. Walk right out to the beach. There was great snorkeling in the cove, saw some very colorful fish and a sea turtle. Restaurant has great food, breakfast is good. Would definitely stay again and would recommend staying here.

Very nice stay, staff is super friendly, ocean view is beautiful and right next to the beach. Beach is calm not too crazy crowded. Next to many things to do.

Beautiful property! Friendly staff. I just wish they had a nicer fitness center, for those who still like to workout while on vacation. Yes, we will be back for sure.

Nice, quite area with easy parking close by! Room had microwave, cooking range, refrigerator for heating and storing food items. Housekeeping services were very helpful in providing extra towels, tea bags, etc
