雅詩頓毛伊卡阿納帕利別墅酒店(Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas)

클래식한 느낌의 넓직한 객실 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 그런데, 바닥 청소가 하나도 안되어 있어서 신발을 반드시 신고 있어야 했어요.. 청소부분은 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 부대시설 수영장과 모닝커피바는 너무너무 감동이었습니다. 근처 너무 아름다운 해변이 있는것도 이 호텔의 장점입니다. 또 가진 않겠지만.. 다음엔 진짜 해변 바로 앞에 붙어있는곳 가고싶어서요!ㅎㅎ 그래도 객실에서 바라보는 전경도 멋지고 좋았습니다.

Our first time to Maui so we didn't know what to expect. Great place to stay! Right on the ocean. Friendly and professional staff at check-in and throughout our stay. Clean, well-appointed studio room with plenty of space for three women and all that goes with them. Galley-style kitchen was very big and well-stocked with all the appliances we needed. Bathroom was also very large and accommodating! Clean and comfortable. Two large pools (1 with a hot tub!) that were clean and refreshing. The entire property was well-maintained and crews were on site every day making sure it stayed that way! We so enjoyed our trip! Thank you to all who made it possible. A sad note, prayers to all who lost loved ones, homes, memories. Continued prayers for restoration and healing. Aloha.

The property is tired, one of the two elevators did not work our entire stay. We were on the 6th floor…. We had cockroaches eeek! I went to the front desk and the next day they had exterminator spray. The balcony barely fit two chairs. My wife and I laughed. The pool is lack luster Although… The beach was nice. People were friendly, we will. It be staying there again.

We were placed in the furthest unit away from the beach at the very back of the property (because we booked through *******?) The unit needed some maintenance- ceiling fan did not work; light in the fan was wonky; the locking mechanism on the patio door was difficult; the shower was low flow (too low…) and the soap dispenser on the sink was broken. The hotel could provide fresh iced water for guests as the water in the unit did not get very cold. Coffee provided was ok The pool did not work for 2 out of 3 days but we were charged the full facility fee anyways. Beach towels were very nice Castaway Cafe does not provide service on the patio which seems strange. Having to get takeout to sit on the patio is not normal?

I booked a room that came with either King or 2 Queens. I requested 2 Queens. At check in I was told the only way to have 2 Queens was to upgrade another 400$ for the same room with 2 Queens! They expected to count a pull out couch as another bed! It was me and another adult to sleep separately. I couldn’t believe it! They said the website had wrong photos on the room options!!!! $400 more on top of the money I already paid for 5 nights!!

i normally love this villa i've stayed here for 3 years and it's never dissapointed me until now, everything was fine except the cleaning service never came, we stayed 6 days and called multiple times for it. we needed to sweep so they left a broom at the door but no dustpan, other than that it was fine

Quero agradecer e elogiar o front desck a Sra. LEANN e sua supervisora que gentilmente atenderam a minha necessidade por viajar em família e com minha mãe bem idosa e conseguiram um quarto próximo com linda vista para nós. O Hotel é especial na localização, conforto, cadeiras espreguiçadeira enfrente a praia dando um conforto e sendo um ponto alto do hotel, na praia, durante o dia e ao por do sol. Tem pista para caminhada, estacionamento gratuito, troller para levar ao shopping próximo a cada meia hora.. tudo perfeito para uma estadia maravilhosa. Vamos todos os anos. Porém neste ano adotaram um sistema de limpeza nos quartos a cada 4 dias, achei muito distante a limpeza, poderiam mudar para cada 2 dias, já atenderia melhor ao conceito de resort e serviços pelo custo alto do hotel. No mais voltaremos no próximo ano.

We were excited to stay here based on the pictures. Our room was definitely not as pictured. The whole resort is dated and we didn’t get the room from the picture. On the first day the air conditioner broke and we had a huge tube running by our door draining the water from the unit. It took two days to fix and when we asked about it the staff was rude. There were no accommodations made or compensation of any kind. I definitely won’t stay here again.
