薩佛酒店(Marina Hotel)

Am Strand waren sehr wenig Personal. Man muss immer jemanden suchen, um Handtücher für die Liegen zu bekommen. Es fehlt auch jemand, der am Strand täglich den Müll einsammelt. Wir haben das Problem mit dem Müll am Strand angesprochen, es wurde sofort jemand geschickt, um sauber zu machen. Strand ansonsten 10/10 Sterne, einfach top, unschlagbar. Zimmerservice ebenso, perfekt. Kann man sich nicht besser vorstellen. Vielen Dank für die Erfahrung. Gerne wieder.

5 star review for a 5 star hotel. Amazing experience with especially with the service on both restaurants. Very friendly and accomodating. Angelica, Precious and the Managers are very attentive and made sure our needs are met. We appreciate Chef Tarek visiting the table and ask about the food and experience. The food served in Six Palm (we took set menu) are tasty, good quality, pleasant set-up, and good servings. Atlantis buffet as well with great and balanced varities. Overall great experience!!!

My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. Upon arrival the reception went an extra mile to offer us the room we wanted ( twin, non-smokung and with no neighbours since with a connecting door) and to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Everybody from personell was extremely friendly, kind and helpful: the house keeping ( Manas), the restaurant ( Rabih), A. Kader wro drove us to the airport. The rooms are very big with spacious bathrooms and with a genious architectural aircondition solution( hidden as a half moon hanged ceiling and thus not blowing directly towards the beds.) The weather was hot, but the water temperature in the pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our time in the sun. We had dinner twice at the Six Palms Restaurant and the food was great -try the Chicken Briryani! We had three amazing relaxing days in Kuwait, would recommend the hotel for any trip in the city!

I’ve stayed for 5 nights , with family 2 kids lovely place. Valet service is not free , but parking available on site. 3 pools , kids club need more care. Rooms are spacious better to get room facing beach

The hotel and views are absolutely stunning! But the professionalism of the staff and service is pristine. From the doorman to the receptionist to the food servers. Everyone always had a smile on their faces treat everyone with kindness! A true gem of a place. Will definitely book again next time i come to kuwait!

Very friendly Staff. Specially the breakfast crew with Angie. Nimal is a legend at the poolside and the girls at the reception are very switched on. Nice skyline view from the main pool, good breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fantastic cleaning staff. Only the twin beds are very small for european standards, had to get used to it. The waste of plastic is shocking, didnt like it at all. Apart from that, its a nice holiday destination with mall, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

the over all stay was good, Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to extent our stay for another week and it was amazing
