柯蘭瑞精品酒店(The Cranleigh Boutique)

Room was very small, no storage for clothes, only 4 or 5 hangers. Could not find switch to turn wall lights off, only way to do it was lift the key card out of holder. Rooms were noisy, could hear people upstairs and in next room.

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Rooms are smaller than they look and walls are paper thin. Breakfast was very poor. Over cooked eggs on 2 out of 3 days. The only real positive I can provide is location.

The Cranleigh is a fabulous boutique hotel. High quality decor, excellent food and very attentative staff. Ideally situated. Just a short walk from everything that Bowness has to offer. Free parking too.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, breakfast was so nice and a good selection will be booking again.

Just there one night for my husbands birthday ..should of booked for two ! ..friendly clean and gorgeous rooms pleasant attentive staff .breakfast was great with enough options for us and good quality products .There was items for you to buy .teddy ,toiletries etc but no pressure to buy anything .Overall fantasy hotel in fantastic location will ve returning

Hotel room was good and plenty big enough for a three night stay. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was brilliant and all staff were lovely. Good amount of parking. We missed having a bar in the hotel as the weather was terrible so we would have spent more time in the hotel bar if there had been one. We were in the annex on the first floor and I did feel a little bit worried that if there was a fire downstairs there was no other way out of the building. There was an extinguisher outside the bedroom. I also didn’t like the idea of the main door being left open in the day time with no one about. Can’t see any reason why it can’t be locked as we were given a key to open the door. On the whole the hotel was good and we would use it again but request a room in the main building.

We arrived back yesterday and stayed in room 6. It was my birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary and I informed them of this in an email when booking, unfortunately this was not even acknowledged even in the card they put in the room when we arrived. The room was well presented and really loved the Coffee pod machine, nice touch. The room was very warm and unfortunately I didn’t sleep very well, the fan provided was not very powerful so needed to keep the windows open which meant listening to the morning traffic from 6am. Breakfast was good local produce but unfortunately some items were overcooked on both our plates. Staff were friendly and there was someone present on reception until 10pm.

Lovely modern rooms with spa bath, big separate shower, mood lighting. Very comfortable bed. Nice boutique touches such luxurious bath robes. Wide variety for breakfast and reasonable checkin/out times. I have nothing negative to say. Brilliant location. I will be staying in future. :)

A lovely hotel. Our superior room was exactly that. The towels were large and soft. The spa bath was great fun. The breakfast choices were varied and the food we ordered was scrumptious. Overall a great choice for our 2 night stay.
