黑茲諾克霍爾酒店(Heads Nook Hall)

It is nice b&b. Beautiful from inside and nice to set outside. Staff are very nice. If you are looking for one night stay while travelling it is a good choice. If you want to enjoy a holiday I don't recommend it. The area is very remote and boring. Nothing to do except the swimming pool which is 10 min drive in another hotel. Most good pubs don't open on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Booked 2 nights in the Blue Room with a king bed. The room is very large. This is a beautiful country manor. We were greeted warmly by Carol and welcomed into their home. Bathrobes were provided, and the bed has very nice cotton sheets and bedding. The bathroom is huge in the Blue Room with a claw foot tub and stand alone shower. I loved all the details throughout the room. The Wi Fi is excellent. The breakfast room is beautiful and the fresh fruit of raspberries and blackberries during our visit were exquisite. Breakfast is cooked to order and you choose from items listed. Breakfast was a highlight - fabulous. There is an honour bar for guests as an option and a thoughtful touch. Good location for visiting Hadrian's Wall sites.. The only negative is the ice cold showers!! When all rooms are booked or maybe when everyone is showering at the same time, there is no hot water. Otherwise Heads Nook Hall would be given 5 circles.

Stayed in a very fancy “blue” room with super furnishings and nice views. We went to “The Duke of Cumberland” for a great evening of beer and food. This B&B does not offer meals at night, so you have to get back in the car ( or taxi) to search for food. Lovely breakfast served by pleasant staff keen to chat. Not sure about the orange water feature outside.

Stayed here for a few nights last week Cannot fault anything Rooms & communal spaces spotless Very dog friendly Breakfast was superb - choice of fresh fruit, cereal, porridge, fry up & everything inbetween Rooms comfy & spacious At first I found it a little odd not locking my room on my way out (bedrooms only had bolt on inside) but no issues & stuff felt safe The only thing that could make life slightly easier is a bigger lite sign on the Main road as it’s on a dark country lane and could be hard to find at first The owner couldn’t do enough to make our stay fab We will be returning : )

Beautiful place to stay! The room was gorgeous and the owners made us feel so welcome. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The hall was immaculate and we felt at home and nothing was too much to ask. Will definetley visit again!

What an outstanding place and amazing staff 10/10 for carol and staff The hall is amazing. Spotless it every way We took our two Labradors who stayed in our room and they loved it - the grounds are amazing for them to run around We are definitely coming back !!!!! See ya soon carol xxx

Heads Nook Hall is a fantastic, luxurious stay in great countryside. Carol,, the Manager thinks of everything and could not be more helpful. She definitely goes the extra mile or two. Indeed all the staff are wonderful and all contributed fantastically to a successful weekend. Thank you

Set in lovely grounds approached via a tree line driveway this accommodation is something special. The rooms were a good size and gave the feel of luxury. Breakfast was excellent . There’s no offering in the village for an evening meal but there’s plenty within a 5 mile drive
